I made my husband come here for a pedicure a month 1/2 ago for his first pedicure as I got my nails done. Horrible! He still had dead skin his nails were not trimmed I paid $180 for this! I tried a pedicure as a mom daughter day, had shellac done on my toes, as well as my 9 year old daughter. It lasted a week at most! Not only the pedicure was subpar. My feet were still rough, I could have done a better job on my own shower with a pumice stone! I gave them a benefit of the doubt and took my bff back so we could have a girls day. I paid for us both to have a deluxe pedicure. What a joke!! Not even a day later my shellac came off on my two toes. My feet are still rough not only that my polish came off the next day which was shellac!! Worst pedicure ever! It may look like a nice salon but, it's horrible! I've also been there for a full set to have nails fall of days later and wouldn't fix them and charged me. When it was my first full set!! Just moved to goshen and I've tried 3 times for pedicures. Paid for my bff & I to have a deluxe pedi only to leave w/ shellac falling off the next day! the dry & hard spots that normally get smoothed off after a pedi still there! Tried once and 2nd chance done! For the $$ they charge way over priced for the quality. I'll go back to Granger& have way better service @ the nail salons. Extremely rude. They dont even acknowledge you when you walk in... UNLESS you are a regular then they basically kiss u ass!! and it is obvious!! they try and work on 2 people at once, so you dont get the I am special feeling BUT you are sure paying for it!! They are one of the most expensive around this area. I tried to give this place another shot and I instantly regretted it. Between the racists on the other side of town and the crap job this place does the nail selection in Goshen is terribly lacking. Seriously the lady barely greeted me. She didn't brush off the dust from the last file she did on my nails or have me wash them with water. There is a ton of air pockets and dust under the gel. The gel is rippled. My nails were filed crooked and some not even filed smooth at all. I'm not sure when, but somewhere within the last year this place got a complete remodel and it looks really nice! I'd say it's one of the nicest nail spots in Goshen now. It looks like they have also expanded and have a lot of space. They have an entire pedicure row with new chair massagers, a drying station and about 9 nail stations. Our usual place was busy, so at first I was reluctant to try this spot based on prior reviews and appearance. But I was pleasantly surprised and the staff was very friendly! They even took us in at the end of the day for manicures and pedicures. After picking colors, they did our manicures first followed by pedicures. I WAS asked how I liked my nails shaped and if we like the paint jobs as well. The pedicure massage and hot towels were the best! These delights are included in the basic pedicures too. In fact, you can get a standard pedicure and manicure combo for only $40. Summary: go check out their new place and give them a try! read more

I get my nails filled here every 2 weeks, they do a nice job and the owners are really sweet. The only 2 complaints that I would have is 1- I wish that they would get another person staffed because it can get busy at certain times and there is usually only 3 of them bouncing from person to person and 2- their card system does not allow you to leave a Tip on your card, so you have to remember to have cash on you to tip them. However, it is very clean there and they have a good ventilation system because it never has that typical strong nail salon smell. If I could give negative stars I would. I had a bad experience with another nail salon so I came here hoping it would be better and it ended up being 10x worse. I got fake tips with dip powder over them. These were done in 25 minutes total because of the huge rush to just get me out of the door. Not even 24 hours later one of them broke off because of the poor job. I went back this morning to get it fixed and she tried shoving another fake nail under the rest left on my nail to pry it off. I stopped her, asking if this is how she normally takes them off and she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to use the fake nail to pry it off myself. I asked her to do it the proper way and she said using foils would take too long. Keep in mind I was the only one there. So instead of using a foil she sets my finger to soak in a small, medicine looking cup. I will never go there again. read more

WORST nail job of my life. I have been getting my nails done every two weeks for almost 8 years and I have never had such a bad experience. They were the only place open so I went on a whim. 3 failed attempted at a gel mani. After first attempt, 2 nails were peeling within 2 days. Thankfully, they fixed the peeling nails for free. However, a week after the original mani, I called to say 6 more were peeling which had only been done a week ago, and she said they would fix for free. I come in, tell them what I'm there for, he asks if I want a new manicure and I say well all but 4 are peeling so he starts removing the polish (starting with 2 that didn't need to be fixed). I asked, "this will be no charge, right?" And he said,"no, full charge." Me: Excuse me? Someone said it would be no charge on the phone. Him: you're getting a new color so it's a new manicure Me: ok then use the same color as last time but I think there's a problem with it Him: it's a full manicure so we still have to charge. Me: I wouldn't have agreed to this if you told me payment would be different. Can I get a discount at least? Him: I'm not charging for the removal Me: can you do more than that? A gel manicure should last more than a week Him: since it's your natural nail it varies Me: I have been getting gel manicure for years and it always lasts 2-3 weeks. I have never had as much trouble as I've had here Him: I'll take $2 off Me: ok... (not happy with this agreement but I didn't want to make any more of a scene or leave with gross peeled up nails) Us: (silence for the rest of the appointment) 4 days later, my nails are peeling AGAIN. I went in for a dip set, and they turned out horrible. There was powder all over my hands, and they barely filed them after, they were all unevenly shaped. Also put on a top coat that made my nails look yellow/brown. Not only were my nails awful, but the service was so unprofessional. They had AirPods in the whole time and were rude and in a rush. When another customer called to make an appointment, they set the phone down and put it on speaker-all the other customers could hear. Waste of money and time. read more

With in 4 days because my nails were so fragile due to lack of acrylic NOT being applied I bumped my thumb on the edge of my counter half of my thumb tip broke off. I have been to almost all the the nail salons here in Goshen and ALL of them lack in quality. Find a Hair Salon that does nails and I believe you may have a GREATER chance of a much better quality nail application. A stand alone nail salon is NOT the way to go. WORST manicure EVER. I do NOT recommend this place at all. The work was sloppy and the service horrible. I have been getting my gel nails done for 6 years and have never been treated so rudely. My sister and I came here for a relaxing mani/pedi. For starters, we felt as though we were being rushed. Rose (the worst of the lot) started doing both of our manicures while we were sitting in the reclining chairs getting our pedicures - she literally shoved a bowl of water in between my legs without telling me what she was doing. She didn't touch my cuticles and then started to paint my nails before removing all of the previous gel! do not go to this place! it has gotten so much worse over the past couple of years and now they suck. me and my friends went to get acrylics and the were the nastiest looking nails. we then went to get those acrylics off because we thought there was no way they could mess that up but they did indeed mess it up. i had gotten acrylics off there before years ago and they did a good job. however, this time the just took another acrylic ad ripped them off. it was so painful. i do not recommend this place and will not be going there ever again. it is way worth it to just make the drive to either mishawaka or forte wayne to just get some decent service. read more

The salon was very clean and the techs were very knowledgeable and polite. They even offered the dipping powder for your nails, every other salon we tried didn't offer it because they said their clients would not pay for something like that because it was too expensive. The one today didn't even attempt to clean it up, even after I asked for it to be done. I dislike having to go home and redo my nails after I pay to have them done. I completely do no recommend this nail salon. I went to get a shellac manicure. First of all the guy who sat down to do my nails did not speak to me once. Second, he did not ask what shape I wanted my nails. I usually have them oval, and he decided to make them a square. Third, he did not even touch my cuticles! He just filed my nails and started to paint. The paint job was not good either, there are bubbles in some places and the paint fades in other areas. Do not go here! So disappointed. As soon as we say down and said we wanted acrylic manicures the older lady sneered at us. Horrible service!! I was in this salon back on May 18th, when a friend treated me to a day of pampering. I got a full set of nails and a pedicure. I have been to this place multiple times, and never had any issues until now. So on this pass Sunday my fill started to fall off and chip. I thought it was an isolated incident but then each of my nails started chipping. So I placed a call and spoke with the owner. I told her what was going on and she told me that it was impossible that my nails were chipping, she accused me of picking at them. She even had the nerve to ask me where and what type of work I did. I told her that I am a stay at home mom and my nails should not be falling off. She proceeded to tell me that " I have clients at Forest River and Keystone that have never had this happen." Well I am not those clients, and she also asked me who did your nails? I told her you did. She then proceeded to tell me that her quality work would never fail and in her 8 years of experience doing nails she has never had this happen. She then said well I need to see your nails in order to know what you mean. I said well I couldn't go in last night, but I could come in this morning being 5/30/14. She told me "well I am really busy and I have other clients, and the weekends are really busy". So the fact right here is showing that she blew me off , saying that her work was up to par, when it really is not. I would not recommend this place to anyone, since they only have 3 people working there, and they were working on everyone so fast, my last experience at this place is horrible. read more
