I'm not a huge fan of the work on the nails . Idk if it's because they are rushing or if it's certain people that do better nails than others but both times I got nails done they lifted in a week . But as far as pedicures! They do excellent work . I've had different people do my feet and they are very attentive if you ask they'll do it ! And they last . They really get into everything when it comes to cleaning and trimming . And offer so many pedicure packages that come loaded for a reasonable price . I always get the deluxe OR the detox pedicure !!!! Clay mask hit rock massage all the works ! Hot towel then to finish with wax on the feet for 75 including gel ! Ofcourse they are friendly and will talk to you I love a good girl chat in the salon . It's clean from what I can see and nice massage chairs . As far as appointments they don't always honor it . They are a busy spot so it's always hit or miss but if you can get in there , I'd definitely recommend getting pedis done. They also do good eyebrow waxing as well . I have full eyebrows and don't need too much done to them , they listen and understand the assignment everytime .

I also stopped recommending this salon to the women in my life because I could no longer, in good conscience, encourage anyone to spend their money where Women are not respected. At the time, I knew I had been deeply hurt by the way I was treated. Being belittled and dismissed in front of other customers stayed with me far longer than I expected. Looking back, I didn't realize how much that experience affected me until I found a new nail salon. Ironically, it wasn't until I experienced kindness that I understood how much confidence I had lost. During a recent appointment at my current salon, there was a disagreement over a nail color. My first instinct was to become quiet. I found myself afraid to speak up because I didn't want to be embarrassed or dismissed again. Before I knew it, I was in tears. The owner noticed immediately and asked what was wrong. When I explained, she stopped everything and told me something I'll never forget: "You're paying for a service. If we make a mistake, we'll fix it. My employee will be held accountable. We want you to leave happy and satisfied." No defensiveness. No humiliation. No making me feel like I was the problem. In that moment, I realized I had been carrying the weight of my previous experience. I wasn't crying over a nail color. I was crying because I had finally been treated with dignity. To the women reading this.....especially Black women, I want you to know that respectful businesses do exist. You should never feel like you have to shrink yourself, accept poor treatment, or question your worth simply because you're paying for a service. Your voice matters. Your concerns matter. Your business matters. I hope every business understands that people don't always remember the manicure or the polish color, they remember how they were treated. Respect costs nothing, but it means everything. Today, I support businesses that value their customers, listen when concerns are raised, and treat every person with professionalism and humanity. The salon was very clean, professional, and I noticed how well everything was sanitized. Even the massage chairs actually worked! My boyfriend's feet definitely needed some attention , and they looked so much better afterward. Then yesterday, my daughter, my son, and I all came back. My daughter got a full set from Michael, my son got a pedicure and manicure from April, and I had a spa pedicure with Jay and a manicure from May.
