Since I started coming to her in 2018, there have been a few times when I was either out of town or had an occasion at a time when she was booked up and I had to find somewhere else to get my hair done. I live in Long Beach but I have business 2000 miles away and I don't care if I'm out of town, when it's time for me to get my hair done, I will fly all the way across the country for Trish to do my hair. She literally NEVER MISSES! Not even exaggerating. Trish has grown my natural hair out so much! My natural hair is now so long and healthy, it's the longest it's been since I was 16. She does fill up quickly but I've learned my lesson going to other people. Her braid up is the secret sauce! The best foundation for any install I swear! She is very clean and organized with amazing customer service & perfect attention to detail. She is also very efficient, the fact that she works so quickly does not reflect negatively on the end result. She has a great sense of style , stay current with trending techniques, tools and product so I feel like I never waste my time or money on unnecessary products or styles that don't fit my lifestyle and needs. I have never seen anyone upset leaving their appointment with her. Trish has some high profile clients, she's the stylist behind some of the hottest new looks on several on trend influencers. I really can't say enough about this place honestly, she is by far the best stylist I have ever had & I will not go anywhere else. Now that she has high quality hair on hand for sale I don't need to order anywhere else, which is so convenient. During my last appointment, I had the opportunity to get a close look at some of the custom units she made...I AM OBSESSED!!! OMG! they are perfection! The craftsmanship shows just how passionate she is with her work. I have no clue how she does it, like how does she find the time but her work is AMAZING! I could go on & on raving about her skills! If you are on the fence or considering going anywhere else, I promise you can not go wrong with Beautify 360 and you will be in good hands with Trish. Totally worth every dime! This is an honest review from my own personal experiences. I did not know Trish before she started doing my hair and I an not being paid, getting any type of discount or benefiting in any other way for writing this review. I am very happy to support this talented stylist

On the collage picture, the left is what I wanted, the top right is how she did it, and the bottom…read moreright is how she tried to "fix" it. Where do I begin? I had a consultation with Lucy a couple of weeks prior my appointment and we schedule a day. I had text her the picture of what I wanted to get done after my hair consultation and prior my appointment. She said no problem and on the day of my appointment, she started the process. In the picture, I showed that I want more of a balayage that starts dark and gets lighter at the bottom. She decided to do my whole hair blonde and when I addressed that it was not like the picture, she tries to justify her mistake by saying that the picture I showed her was last years fashion and that it's not in anymore. Lucy tried showing me a different picture and tried to convince me to like it because it was similar to the hair she did. I told her that I wanted what I showed her and that I didn't care it was last years fashion. She was upset and continued to style my hair without a brush. She does not own a brush and I had to get a hair brush from my car to let her borrow it. She also didn't have a cape and some of the bleach got on my clothes. When she washed my hair, she waterboard me and water splashed all over my clothes. I felt really cold since she used freezing cold water on me. As she was washing my hair, she accidentally poured a waterfall down my back and my shirt was completely soaked. Since I expressed that the picture was darker on top, she panicked and put almost black hair on top of my hair and now there is a harsh line that goes all around my hair. As she was doing my hair, she said that if she knew I was going to be this picky, she would have said no to doing my hair. This lady really thought that I was just going to sit there and let her do whatever she wanted with my hair and walk away happy even though it wasn't what I wanted. I am horrified with my hair and she charged me $300. I was there for 9.5 hours. I ended up paying but I really wish she had the decency to charge me less since it was her mistake. I understand that it's a process to make my ends that light but she did not even tell me beforehand that my hair was going to look different. I am horrified with my hair and now it's so damaged, my hair stretches when it's wet. I've been crying all day. Please don't go here. She's a nice lady but it's not worth your misery, time, and money.
