She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. The scheduling process was easy as I booked an appointment with her via text. When I arrived Helen cleaned my hair and then got straight to giving me layers. During the service, Helen and I had great conversations as she is personable and hilarious. She has a great vibe that allows you to be comfortable right away.
