When my cousin raised concerns about lighting, Anita said she could use daylight and a portable light and would "figure that out." For such an important occasion, my cousin deserved to feel confident that her appointment would be properly prepared. The alternatives offered--a different location (45-1hr away from Groom's home), another date, or the nearly empty salon--did not resolve her concerns or work with her plans. Despite these changes coming from the Anita's end, she repeatedly emphasized that the deposit was nonrefundable. My cousin ultimately declined the appointment and told her to keep the $50. Based on the messages exchanged with my cousin, I found the handling of this situation unprofessional and disappointing. A business's move should not become its clients' last-minute problem.

Gabby was the only Stylist available last minute, but it worked in my favor. I was lucky to get an appointment within two hours for a blowout. I kinda miss the turn, so ended up parking on the street, but there is parking in the plaza lot that they are in. But otherwise there is plenty of street parking for free along Olive Avenue. Gabby is so sweet, and although I don't mind a heavy-handed Stylist, she is very gentle. The whole experience was very relaxing and satisfied with my end result. My only complaint and the reason I gave only four stars is, I didn't love the shampoo bowls. They don't have the rubber neck support in the bowls, and I just felt like I kept sliding down in the chair and it made me think too hard and not be able to enjoy the shampooing experience. I will definitely come back to see her on these days that I am feeling lazy. I just want to be pampered a little bit. I ended up having her flat iron as well. Blowout alone was $65 and with flat iron was $80 total.

It looks like a mullet. I only realized how short my real hair was after I finally switched stylists and had the extensions removed. The last time I got extensions with her, she did a sew-in weft that wasn't the right shade of blonde. I got fed up, went somewhere else, and was horrified when the extensions came out and I saw how little hair I had left. Growing this back out is going to take years. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend her if you're trying to maintain or grow your length.

I paid $120 plus tip, so I expected a professional haircut and a much better result. I contacted my stylist, Michael, afterward and asked for a refund because I did not feel comfortable having him cut it again. I did not receive a response to my refund request. I'm attaching photos because they show the haircut better than I can describe it. I'm very disappointed both with the service and with how my concern was handled afterward.
