I just wish that the pricing was clear upfront. If the base price is actually $75 or more, that should be indicated on the website or explained in detail. I don't enjoy leaving negative feedback but since I always check reviews before trying a new place out, I wanted to share my experience for others who might appreciate knowing there's a significant jump from the advertised $50+.

The salon is clean and cheerful and there are toys to play with while you wait. The staff is friendly and patient with children (even with the kids who may cry or scream). They know all kids may not enjoy getting a haircut and they make sure your child feels secure. They can cut hair with a child on Mommy's lap or while Dad holds their hand. The staff is flexible... as they have to be when your clients are kids! Most importantly, they do a nice job with the haircut. No uneven cuts, buzz cuts or cuts that only look good one week later! My son always looks handsome afterwards and everyone (especially him) loves how he looks after a haircut! I was a little nervous because I had never been there before, and wanted something pretty drastic--a light ash blonde balayage which is reaaally hard to get on dark Asian hair. Plus, my hair had been previously dyed and was a pretty orangey color to start with. So they would have to color-correct that as well. Marwa was super patient with me and answered all my questions. The shop normally closes at 7 pm, but she stayed till around 9:30 pm (!!) to make sure everything looked PERFECT before I went home. She wanted to make sure my hair was lightened enough first, then brushed through it again with darker dye to make sure the transition looked super natural. And she threw in a quick trim in for free! So sweet of her! I felt bad I kept her so late but she really did a great job. My hair came out beautifully and was the perfect pale ashy color that I was looking for. Nobody has ever been able to get my dark, thick hair this light before! Plus all the orange was GONE. It was a miracle! For the cherry on top, when Gabe was giving me instructions on maintenance etc, I said that I'd never heard of a wet brush before. With that, he pulled out a new one from a box, and gave it to me for free! I've never had such great service at a salon before. And the results were beautiful! I'll definitely be coming back here in the future. 5 stars!
