Jenny spent so much time measuring and drawing - her preparation and attention to detail is expected in this job, but she takes it next-level in a really good way!! She made me feel comfortable with what we were doing, even though I'd gone in on a whim, and assured me that they would look natural and would follow my own hairline, simply filling in the spots that needed. She did not disappoint - the color is natural and blends with my natural eyebrows. They're just a more defined shape now, and I spend less time getting ready in the morning. My fiancé, who I have to add was against the procedure, even likes them and said they look natural, so that is also a plus. I've seen lots of botched jobs and have several friends who appear to have clown makeup with what they've done to their brows. This is NOT that place!! Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.
