This is the second time that Gladd Security has helped us with our car key fobs! The first time...we needed a new key fob for our daughter's VW and the dealer cost was over $500!!!! Gladd made one for us for just over 200 with tax!! The second time..... The key fobs stopped working for our Nissan Altima, changing batteries didn't help..... and Nissan would Have charged $300 just to look at it!! The Key Fobs just needed to be reprogrammed and Gladd Security was able to do it for under $100 and in 15 minutes.... Gladd Security has been an exceptionally reliable and consistent business to work with. I have contacted them professionally to do some exterior door and lock repair work for my office. They have an excellent response time, and helpful and knowledgeable service technicians. Their prices are very fair, the work they perform for my office is terrific. One lock actually works better then it ever has since they came and adjusted it. I use them for all my key needs as well, both personally and professionally. I've never had a copied key fail. They are also VERY fast in store. I had needed an extra house key cut for a month and kept forgetting until last Friday. I don't like going to stores close to closing, but I made it there about 7 minutes before closing. The young man at the counter literally had my key copied before I could finish apologizing for coming so close to closing time. The cost for copying keys is better than going to the big box stores, and the results are far better. I'm so glad we started using Gladd Security and we will continue to do so for all of our needs, both personal and professional. we have used gladd in the past and they got the job done but seemed to be a bit steep in prices .just returned to replace a micro screw in my fob key ,which we purchased from here several months ago. good faith and past visits would have one think it could be replaced for no fee .four bucks later I will never come back read more

I needed a spare key for my truck and have always been found good service at Gladd so I stopped in. Things were different with the COVID response but they were able to make a new key and FOB for my truck in about 10 minutes. Just dropped my key in the safe outside the door, called the number, they told me they'd have it done in an hour. I walked across the street and received a call within 10 minutes that it was all set. I paid over the phone, and the keys were in the ignition when I got back. Incredibly easy! I even had a second request about a factory remote start option and they obliged. All with no contact. I needed 2 transponder keys made and Marc was extremely helpful in getting everything arranged. I dropped my car off a day earlier and arrived the next day after work, planning to stay 30 minutes to an hour but the keys were ready to be picked up when I got there.
