Very poor customer service. it takes forever to get them on the phone too. They do not support…read moretheir own equipment. Beware, you will pay every time they come out. Zero warranty even though the salesman says you are covered. I have been trying to cancel, but when I call they deceitfully say I signed up for an offer when my equipment doesn't work. John accused me of not paying my bill when I'm on automatic payment and the mistake was on their end, and yes, there was plenty of room on my card for the other charge ( that by the way, I cannot get a straight answer on what the payment is supposed to be). I have an apple iphone and because of the facial recognition I had to sign out of it and return in an hour. I screwed up and had to return later. Savannah was just as pleasant and helpful with me hours later. She assured me it would be done properly and it was. I left there very happy, and smiling.
