He was so much more reasonable then other contractors and he had suggestions that nobody else even thought of! After little consideration my husband and I hired AMV Remodeling and we are thrilled with our new kitchen look. Long story short,…read more Last year in October (2022), we had water damage in our bathroom from a corroded pipe. The leak not only damaged our bathroom but caused our ceiling on the first floor to collapse which destroyed our family room. We called our insurance (Madison Mutual) and Falso Plumbing immediately. Falso, couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from so we called up Mr. Rooter of North Syracuse. Once Mr. Rooter fixed the issue, they recommended calling Servpro. Servpro worked with our insurance to resolve the situation in two phases. Phase one was Mitigation and Phase two was Reconstruction. After mitigation was over, Matthew Woiler from ServPro stepped in to guide us through the reconstruction process. He kept us updated, informed and kept our best interest in mind when searching for materials. Matt made numerous trips to Home Depot, Lowe's for us and even made changes to products we didn't like. Once the materials, supplies were finalized we were introduced to Draper's Roofing and Remodeling. These guys had a positive attitude everyday and were professional in their workmanship. They'll take a lot of time, but will work with care, precision and accuracy. They're honest in their pricing if there's any work done out of pocket. This is the best company in town for all your household repairs! My family and I have never been more impressed and happy with our service. Thank you Rodney, Phil, Robert and the entire team at Draper's Roofing and Remodeling for a job well done. Thank you Matthew at Servpro for helping and guiding us step by step through the entire process! It was a long and time consuming journey but it was well worth the wait! -Thank you again, from the Hasan Zakariyya Family

During process of meeting with contractors, so many characters gave us estimates that were either scarily low, or inflated. Mike and Jay' s rate was fair, and their work is second to none. They were reliable, honored their word, and never cut corners on build quality. Since our house was originally built in the late 40s, they came across some structural issues that really concerned us.. Mike and Jay were understanding to our dilemma and were able to "shore-up" load bearing walls while being always fair with their rate. It was a huge stress relief to know they were on the job and staying within their estimate. Even long AFTER they finished, I had an issue with one of smoke detectors they installed and the same day, they went to home depot and exchanged it for a new one. It's rare to find high quality, great service and fair price in one company, but Fleming Construction nails it. Our home addition was expertly built and we'd highly recommend Mike Fleming Construction!
