Gladd made one for us for just over 200 with tax!! The second time..... The key fobs stopped working for our Nissan Altima, changing batteries didn't help..... and Nissan would Have charged $300 just to look at it!! The Key Fobs just needed to be reprogrammed and Gladd Security was able to do it for under $100 and in 15 minutes.... So if you need any help with Key Fobs for cars..... they should be your first call!!!!

Eric is the individual who runs this business, and Daniel is a family member who is also involved. I want to give credit where credit is due--and I will also speak up when I feel something is not being handled properly. Eric is very good at selling the product and explaining the security side of the business. I also give credit where it is due regarding the installation itself. However, my concern began after the installation was completed. Initially, they were responsive when service was needed, including coming out for service calls with a $100 service charge. However, after one or two service visits, my experience with communication changed significantly. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I have had difficulty getting assistance with equipment that I am paying for. I tried to avoid posting anything because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them an opportunity to address the situation. Unfortunately, that has not happened. At this point, I have a security system that is not properly recording and a camera that is not functioning, while I am still trying to get a response regarding the issue. I am sharing this review based on my own experience with the customer service and follow-up after installation. If the company would like to address the situation, they know who I am and are welcome to reach out. I believe businesses should be held accountable not only for selling and installing a product, but also for standing behind it and providing reasonable customer service afterward.
