Horrible service. The locksmith replaced my door lock and deadbolt and he stripped the heads of 2 of the bolts out so bad thar I'll never be able to get them back out. I went to fraden lock to talk to the owner Hope and get this... she said that the locksmith is her son and she believes him over me. She has no reason not to believe him. These people do not care about the customer. They're liars and thieves. I took multiple pictures and Hope said.."how do I even know that is your door?" I called Fraden Lock twice last week about getting my spare key fob of a 2024 Honda CR-V resynced to my car and got 2 different answers and quotes. The first call they gave me a quote of $145, the second call on Friday afternoon they said they couldn't sync the fob because it was a 2024 and if they could it would be probably next year for $300. The two fellows who showed up were on time and worked together like they had worked together for years, I asked to have two locks installed on one of my exterior doors. No problem with what they did, it was what they didn't do. You can imagine all of the sawdust from drilling out for a deadbolt lock. It wasn't an outrageous amount, but they are the first company in my home who didn't clean up after themselves. This year I've had HVAC replaced, a new water heater, a new roof, and blown-in insulation. Everyone thoroughly cleaned up the area where they were working; not Fradon. They offered to vacuum it up with my vacuum. I thought that was pretty lame because they should have brought a small hand vac with them. The work they did was okay, not outstanding, but then leaving me with a mess to clean up was unbelievable. Thank goodness the roofers didn't do that. read more

I called them expecting to pay them to come to the house as I had lost the key to our front door. To my surprise, they offered 2 options - if they came to the house, the service call would be s120, but if I brought the lock in to them they would make new keys for $15. Fast, affordable, and has everything you need for all of your key duplication needs! I came here to make a copy of my apt, laundry room, mailbox, and heavy duty padlock keys. They had every size and every copy works like a charm! $1.80/duplication+tax. So cheap! Just come here and get it all done in one fell swoop. I am new to the area, so I went to three other places (out of familiarity - Home Depot, Walmart, and Lowe's) before going to this place (where everyone recommended), but they weren't able to make copies of all of my keys. Outstanding service. Key got stuck in the front door lock at our home. I had to take it apart to retrieve the key, in the process, all the pieces fell out of the tumbler. I called Fradon at 8 am, when they first opened. The technician was here by 9am. It was fixed by 9:30. In the process of rekeying the lock, he realized the latch wouldn't engage because the door was slightly out of alignment. Utilizing amazing customer service, he went above and beyond the duties of a locksmith by adjusting the entire front door, hinges and all. Now our door closes smooth and latches easy. I wanted 2 deadbolts installed and when I called the gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and gave me a quote (which is exactly how much I ended up paying). I called in the afternoon and I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning! 2 very courteous and professional men showed up right on time and proceeded to install the deadbolts very quickly.
