For the best Huckleberry pie in Montana go to Glacier Highland Restaurant in West Glacier. Cherie, one of the owners makes the best pies. There are about 20 different pies on the menu. A lot with huckleberries but also coconut cream and Key Lime, which was delicious. Their other breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes are also very tasty. We ended up going for all three meals and a special trip just for pie! The service is great, especially Max and Dan!

we were recommended by the guide from our afternoon activity that this place has great food and great pie. since we are in the region and huckleberry is in season, we wanted to give it a try. The menu is very basic, nothing looks attractive and not to mention is very OVERPRICED. when I order a fish and chips that means nothing looks i want to eat and I just go for safe order. and the fish and chips came out was a bit insulting. the fish fingers are literally finger size. so tiny and i was hungry after the meal had to get a second meal elsewhere. They do have a very large selections of pie. according to local this is the best pie in town. $10 a slice for an ok flavor. Service was a bit slow and everyone seems too busy serving many tables so it was a bit hard to get our waitress attention.

Cheri's pies! OMG! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay in west Glacier! Everything surpassed expectations. But the pies . And Max our server and newest friend was awesome in all respects!!!

Food was okay. Service was good at the beginning but never came back to fill up drinks until we were done. Desserts amazing. Country dinner so ambiance was in style of the surroundings. Convenient location from the park entrance.

We search for breakfast place on Glacier and we decided to try Glacier Highland Restaurant. Food was super good, we came in lunch time and we try a delicious burger and soup. I try 2 of their beers and they were refreshing. The place is clean and nice, very comfortable to rest and continue with our adventure. The food was fresh and tasty and our server was nice. I do recommend this place and I'll make sure to try the breakfast next time

Chicken pot pie - so good!!

What a hidden Gem and closest to the West Glacier park entrance!! Stopped into the convenience store/gas station on our way into the park and noticed this cute little restaurant, looked at the menu and spoke with a server who noted everything is made from scratch!! We returned for dinner after driving the entire Going to the Sun Road and were seated and served immediately. We didn't try an appetizer as the entrees we noticed all had large portions and we wanted to save room for one of their dozen or so homemade pies! Wonderful quesadillas filled with cheese, beans and chicken pot pie with a puff pastry and shredded chicken in every bite! We had the Coconut cream pie and Razzleberry pie (warmed with ice cream) and both were sooo good! We're going back tomorrow night for their homemade local bison meatloaf and Huckleberry hound burger and two more slices of pie!! They also have homemade fresh dough pizzas that looked great!! And they're open until 10pm!

The best meal I had in Glacier NP was at this place. I had the trout with spinach quinoa and took a huckleberry pie to go. We also had the steak and that was tasty. To start I had the salad with huckleberry dressing. I suggest you go early if you want to be seated right away.

My family and I ate at this restaurant twice, once for supper and once for breakfast. Can not recommend this place enough. We had pizza for supper which was so cheesy and had a satisfying crust! Had an omelet for breakfast...and also more pie. They have real half and half for coffee which I prefer. If I ever make it back to Glacier I will surly be eating here again.

I mean, Huckleberry pie. Friendly service, easy parking and not in the traffic jam of Lake MacDonald. It was all good.

A plate of zesty buffalo wings so gloriously coated in fiery sauce, I swear they winked at me. Crisp, tangy, and unapologetically bold these wings don't just land on your palate, they do a mountain-state mosh pit in your mouth. Even the buffalo sauce is like Montana's own bold character: loud, refreshing, and strangely comforting just like that first gulp of crisp tangerine squeeze. Now, let's talk about Montana's bodacious ass because, come on, if the Big Sky State were a person, she'd be strutting into Jammer Joe's in cowboy boots, flipping her non existent hair, and demanding extra ranch. She saunters in, plants herself at one of those sturdy retro style tables, and gives the staff that look that says, "Honey, bring me wings worthy of this behind"and darn it if they didn't deliver.

The food is better than it ever has been and the service is exceptional. I'm glad to see how much care and intention is in the building! This is my favorite place to grab a quick bite and a beer after exploring the park. You should 1,000% stop in for the 2025 season to get a huckleberry lemonade or a root beer float!

It was popular, so the line to order was long but went through fairly quick. Food and drinks are different lines. When you get your order in, find a table and the beeper will page you when it's ready. We got burgers, one with fries and with the watermelon. Burgers were delicious. Cooked smashed style, they had nice crispy edges. Watermelon was fresh and juicy. Fries were crispy. Great dinner. While the food is good, the music was even better. It was a solo guitarist who sang classic country. He was great. Many were sending up tips with a request and he did a great job of being able to handle most requests. The outdoor setting was awesome and the stage allowed everyone to see the entertainment. On street parking was easy. Great stop.

Strawberry and Walnut salad - refreshing and tasty. Burnt ends - meh I've had much better. If you're really jonesin for some I guess they're OK. Curry chicken salad pita - it was okay but lacked depth. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Sweet potato fries were definitely worth the upgrade however! Regular fries had an odd aftertaste. Just get the sweet potato upgrade. Caesar and burger I heard were good. The best thing this place has going for it imo is their homemade ranch dressing! Wow very good. Fresh and tasty, everything ranch should be. Tbh very disappointed with this place. It was overly packed with people, had poor signage that YOU HAVE TO ORDER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT - THEY WILL NOT COME TO YOUR SEAT! Our "waiter" gave us water and cleaned the table but never told us this so we waited 20 min and would have waited another hour if we didn't figure it out. AND you have to order drinks at a separate place outside. My biggest gripe food wise is that the Mac and Cheese looked REALLY good but they don't offer it other than as an entrée. Poor move imo as a restaurant move! Servers were very rude as well. It is cool they have outside live music I must say and the ambiance is cool. Conversely, I do have to say my wife thought this was her favorite food so far in MT for what that's worth. In the future, I'd rather head across the street to North Fork Pizza than risk going back here. The pizza smelled diviiiiine from outside!
