It was good but not worth the price! We went on a Saturday afternoon and waited in line for about 15 min. We ordered the froyo/sobert combo in the frozen lemon. It was almost $15 after tax. We liked the lemon sorbert more than the froyo. The marshmallow topping wasn't anything special. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On a busy Saturday there wasn't any place to sit but they do have a few tables outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but it's definitely a social media trend/fab.
We've been seeing a lot of videos and promo for their menu items which looked so good online. We came Sunday afternoon and waited in a small line for 5-10 minutes. I ordered their brown butter vanilla soft serve with Nutella crunch. I felt there was barely any of the Nutella crunch topping compared to the soft serve quantity. We also got the brownie ala mode with cookies and cream soft serve. The brownie itself was ok, but the soft serve was good. Overall it feels a bit overhyped.
Very yummy! I wish they had the brownie scoop but they ran out of a lot of things so beware to come earlier. I got the frozen hot chocolate and it was delicious and very filling. I hope next time they include more toppings.
No line on a Wednesday afternoon! Classic s'mores hot chocolate was actually really good - not too sweet, and the marshmallow was fun. Would try the soft serve next time. They also have a great candy store.

My husband loves hot chocolate and we were close by one cold spring evening, so we made an impromptu trip to Glace by Noglu to try out their famous hot chocolate. We arrived pretty close to closing time, however the employees weren't rude about it, which we really appreciated! We ordered one of the Classic S'mores Hot Chocolate to share, which was plenty for the two of us! Not only is it beautifully crafted, but it's also soooo good! They toast a marshmallow on top, which I suggest you take a bite of then sip some hot chocolate to enjoy with each bite. We've only tried their hot chocolate so far, but I'm sure we'll be back to try their ice cream once it warms up a bit more!
Saw this on tiktok and of course I had try it out. It was yummy and perfect for the oddly rainy cold day we had in our New York trip. After much deliberating since everything looked so good I ended up with the brownie sundae hot chocolate It was really good but honestly extremely heavy and sweet, and that's a lot coming from me! It was definitely cool to try it out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is cute and has a little store next to it, and the staff are really nice and helpful![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
The s'mores frozen hot chocolate is cool to experience but e rich even for my sweet toothed kid. So she got the raspberry sorbet and it was some of the best we've ever had. My son didn't love the s'mores treat either and his lemon sorbet instead hit the spot. I love my amalfi lemon dessert. Beautiful, not too sweet and delicious! Very nice spot and so happy everything is gluten free!
Stopped in to get their black and white cookie. I just got the cookie, no ice cream. The cookie was delcious! Very fudgy and chocolatey.

Have loved this shop for a long time! Everyone knows it for their viral toasted marshmallow hot chocolate and for the summer you can get frozen hot chocolate. They just debuted their new summer menu and you need to try this Amalfi lemon sundae and their hot butter sundae. They also have a candy selection and so much more on their menu. Enjoy!
Ordered: Ferrero Glacé Hot Chocolate (~$14): Gianduja Hot Chocolate, Marshmallow Halo, Whipped Cream, Candied Hazelnuts and Glace Nutella Aya's take: I fear Glace by Noglu is not overhyped at all. We stopped by for a post-dinner sweet treat and knew we wanted one of their hot chocolates. They have 5 flavors to choose from all containing a marshmallow halo. The Ferrero Glacé Hot Chocolate caught my eye and within a few minutes, we were enjoying it. For ~$14, yes it's pretty steep. At the end of the day, it's just hot chocolate but it is elevated and well-made. It was warm, soothing, and sweet. I also loved the whipped cream, marshmallow halo and the Nutella on top. It's the perfect treat for the Winter! It got pretty hectic inside and I think the staff could have managed the lines better but they did seem understaffed. Nonetheless, glad I finally got to try it!
Sometimes Instagram foods do not taste good but their marshmallow hot chocolate with decadent and amazing. The service was very fast and efficient, they've clearly made many of these marshmallow hot chocolates before! I had their pistachio ice cream, topped with a hard-shell chocolate syrup, and it was rich, decadent, and absolutely delicious. It's a must-try anytime you're on the Upper East Side--especially if you're near at the MET or Central Park , or just casually heading for a walk around the Great Lawn. Such a cute ice cream shop with great flavors! We got the strawberry shortcake sundae where the proceeds are donated to charity and the special lemon froyo/lemon sorbet topped with homemade marshmallow. (Ask for the actual lemon) I think they were $10-15 each Definitely want to go back and try more flavors read more
This is the famous Instagramable spot on the Upper East Side to absolutely splurge and feast on sugary goodness. In winter their hot chocolate smores concoction with a huge ring of flamed marshmallow on top is the go-to. They also have a variety of hot chocolate drinks on the menu. If you want ice cream they offer a selection of sundaes, soft serve, seasonal specials, an assorted flavors. Definitely a place to satisfy that sweet tooth craving. Can get very busy at times as I have seen a line down the block for that special hot chocolate. read more

First impressions: must be very popular because there was a line of 15 people in front of me about 18 mins before opening. And it was in 30F weather. This made me feel good about getting a great hot choco experience The Noms: I got the salted caramel. It was good and I liked the hot chocolate, tho I do prefer my hot chocolate to be a bit thicker. It was still dark and rich. I didn't taste any of the salted caramel so save yourself the money and just get the regular one. The whipped cream was waaayyyy too much. Some places have not enough whipped cream or marshmallows to hot chocolate ratio, but this is the first and only place that had wayyy too much. Either the torched marshmallow ring or the scoop of whipped cream, don't both. Tho I don't think you have a choice. Just scoop some out any toss it. Tip- drink it with a straw first, then a spoon, or you'll spill it like some people I saw eating it too soon with a spoon. In Conclusion: it was good but I wouldn't go again. Certainly not with a line like that. read more
I finally got my hands on this hot chocolate and honestly I'm very happy to say it didn't disappoint. I know some of you might think it's hard to mess up a hot chocolate and the others understand what I mean - it has to be balanced. First and foremost, the service was quick and polite. This is a must for an area that is jam packed full of tourist. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was of the beautiful Rockefeller center and it was cold outside, so conditions were perfect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I waited on line for about 20 mins. I'm no stranger to lines when it comes to something I want and something that has clearly been on everyone's radar. I opted for the salted caramel version of their hot chocolate. Which was just a caramel drizzle and some flaky sea salt on top but I'm a sucker for salted hot chocolates. The chocolate itself was perfectly rich and dark. As the whip cream melted it provided a great barrier against the scalding chocolate so it stayed the perfect temperature. The ring of torched meringue added the right amount of sweetness that it needed. As it all caved in, it creates something along the lines of a melted s'mores situation and I wasn't mad at it. Was it expensive? Yes. But it was a nice experience and it was delicious. read more

stopped by Glace to try their hot chocolate brownie, and honestly--it exceeded my expectations. The hot chocolate was way better than I anticipated: rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. It paired so well with the brownie, which was indulgent and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and impressively quick, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I'm very impressed. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to when I need a sweet treat done right. read more

You often see hyped up place on social media and you get there and it doesn't live up to the expectations. This is not one of those places. I don't even really like hot chocolate, especially not a sundae. This was a request from my child to come here as she LOVES hot chocolate, so we did. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is small but incredibly efficient and everyone was super friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We took forever deciding what we wanted but finally decided on the hot chocolate sundae- hot chocolate, fudge, whipped cream, marshmallow halo, and a scoop of ice cream. It was decadent. My only regret is that NYC is so far away. 10/10. read more
Returned to try their viral s'mores hot chocolate for $11. It was beautiful and very fun to drink for the first two sips. The whipped cream gets on your nose and it's very fun to watch your friends and loved ones sip!! But as with most viral things, it was beautiful but product was underwhelming in reality. very sweet and the hot chocolate is nothing special. My favorite part was the marshmallow cap, and I ended up throwing most of the whipped cream away. I honestly did not even finish the hot chocolate despite it being such a small cup because of how sweet it was. read more

I've been wanting to try Glacé for an extremely long time after seeing all of their cookie platters with soft serve on Instagram and tik tok. Now this is a simple concept but the execution is extremely important as these are such simple baked goods and ingredients but because of that quality and taste is so much more important. I ordered the cookie tray which comes with brown butter vanilla soft serve and opted for the chocolate chip cookie. Now it was a hot summer night and I decided to dig in before taking a photo, but my goodness is this delicious!! The cookie is warm so it melts and the soft serve compliments it so well. It's so well made and appetizing I could eat this every week. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The store is beautiful and it's also a candy store so I picked up some bags of Swedish candy as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I decided to get another cup of soft serve to eat afterwards because I couldn't resist but I really recommend Glace and it makes sense why this place is so popular. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a cute place. It's a candy shop and ice cream place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I saw it on instagram and wanted to try it. For two warm cookies ala mode and one hot chocolate sundae was 45 dollars. The hot chocolate sundae was amazing I'm not a big fan of marshmallows but it was delicious ice cream and all (vanilla) they have different flavors. I got the fluffer nutter sundae with the marshmallow hard shell. I had it with two scoops of crème brûlée ice cream - delicious and super sweet. The Glace truck at the Rockefeller Plaza was closed, so we decided to try the Madison location and ended up waiting about 30 minutes. My daughter had the Cookies & Cream Hot Chocolate, topped with an Oreo-dipped toasted marshmallow halo, cookies & cream whipped cream, and hot fudge. I went with the Classic S'mores Hot Chocolate with a toasted marshmallow halo and a generous scoop of whipped cream. Both drinks were rich and sweet, loaded with whipped cream--so much so that I couldn't finish mine. read more

Had to wait around 30-40min in the cold on New Year's Day but the hot chocolate was really good! We got the cookies and cream and ferrero glace and they were both delicious! The ferrero glacé was actually not just regular hot chocolate but it was hazelnut flavored, and we preferred that more than the cookies and cream one. The whipped cream on top was very milky and decadent and we really liked toasted marshmallow on the rim! I will definitely come back when the line is shorter! read more
This place has been on my go-to list for the past year or so & boy was I satisfied. I got the regular s'mores hot chocolate & it was so rich & chocolatey! The sweetness was perfect & the drink in general was just great. The service is quick, the staff were nice, but there isn't space in the shop to sit down & have your hot chocolate, so it's definitely a grab & go type of thing. The other reviews are accurate about the social media buzz at this spot. I'll even go as far as saying the hype and IG picturesque photos inflate the sense of taste here. Overall, I got a classic s'mores hot chocolate. It was good from the taste and sweetness level. I was expecting it to be sweeter because of the marshmallow halo and whipped cream, but it wasn't and that's definitely not a bad thing in my book. I liked the staff and thought they must be incredibly patient as they work through the hordes of people in line. read more
