Came here on a random Monday morning as we were walking around downtown Fort Wayne looking for breakfast and stumbled upon this place. We walked in because the night prior jokoy told us that he visited this place on earlier on the day and Sunday. This place looks very upscale, very modern and clean. It is a combination of a bakery, sit down and eat, as well as a small market, selection of foods and refrigerated items. The bakery presentation is really made to look absolutely perfect and minimal. So when you put an order in, they go to the back to get the actual items out. What I did not like was the signs for the baked goods are not very descriptive. For example, the Danish clearly has some type of jam on top, but the sign just says Danish therefore I had to ask what was on top. This goes for the hand pie as well. It is clearly stuffed with something, but the sign only says hand pie. I would definitely come back here again if I'm in town I have to say that everything was super delicious and everybody enjoyed the Danish the cinnamon roll, the shortbread and the hand pie . read more

I tried some of GK's amazing ice cream while I was in Fort Wayne for a media event. The people who put on the event provided pints of GK's locally made ice cream, in several different flavors, and we could take whatever we wanted. I don't usually like ice cream, but my excitement for free food trumped my indifference to ice cream. Plus, I saw an ice cream labeled "Caramelized Cookies & Cream" and I had to try it. Caramelize anything, and you can pretty much guarantee I will eat it. You guys: This ice cream was stupendous. Big chunks of cookies, notes of caramel in the creamy vanilla. I ate the whole pint, I tell you! Apparently, ice cream is just a small fraction of the desserts and sweet treats that GK offers. I didn't get a chance to visit their brick-and-mortar shop while I was in town, but I'm definitely going to visit the next time I'm in Fort Wayne. read more

Amazing!!!! The customer service, the food and latte I had were amazing! I pre-ordered some food but an accident happened and they could serve that item. So they gave me two pastries on them! So incredibly kind! I also got a fruit parfait which was delicious! Highly recommend the cruffin and almond croissant! My salted caramel latte was delicious and the espresso was so smooth! Amazing!!! We stopped in one morning while stay at the Bradley Hotel for the weekend. A neat little spot with provisions and a bakery. Highlights were the banana bread, savory scones, quiche of the day, and the shaken espresso. read more

I found GK Provisions Bakery or GK Baked Goods in downtown Fort Wayne last week and it was my first time at their opening. The staff there were very friendly and welcoming to me. I enjoyed the experience having their cinnamon rolls and lemonade at the bakery. I have had GK bakery their cinnamon rolls last year at the summer local farmer's market. The time and atmosphere being in a place like this is very exciting. They offer various baked goods and drinks to your craving. This local bakery is popular and will bring more people coming in the downtown Fort Wayne area. read more

Ended up here by accident today, but we were glad we did! Had an excellent quiche and savory scone and an iced coffee and a lavender latte. Can't wait to try the focaccia bread we brought home! The reason I stick with 4 stars instead of 5 is that you have to bus your own tables (which is fine) but when you ask the staff where to put the dishes and they huff at you and point you to an overflowing bus tub that was so full of dirty dishes that dishes were in danger of being broken, then we think that perhaps we would've been better off not asking and just leaving the dishes on the table for the staff to deal with. read more

A true must-try in downtown Fort Wayne. My husband and I had the banana bread warmed up along with some macarons to share. Easily some of the best baked goods I've had in my life. Love the cinnamon rolls here. It pairs well with an iced latte. Such a lovely cafe to visit. There were many other baked goods to try.

The clerk at the register was not welcoming and did offer to introduce the baked goods. As a new customer, I was on my own and not offered any assistance. I was supposed to know how the buying routine. I'm had to ask how I was supposed to choose my items that I wanted to buy and the clerk was standing at the register while I was trying to figure out if my choices were going to be placed in their container. When I finally figured it out the clerk at the register turned around and obviously commented something to her coworker and they both turned around and looked at me like saying that I was supposed to know how things were ran in the store. Went here today for the first time to see if it lived up to the hype. I got a cinnamon roll, chocolate croissant and giant cookie. Everything was incredibly stale. $17 was the total. Not worth it. And STALE. The service was odd. No one said hello or welcome. You looked at the baked goods and then have to walk to the end and order vs order in place. There was no one else there, but they paused a few minutes then put my items in a box and called my name. It was funny and weird since there was literally no one else there The location and ambiance is great though. read more

I visited the establishment with my transgender son for the first time after hearing a positive review, unfortunately my experience was anything but positive. The girl at the front with blonde hair and glasses was extremely off putting and kept giving my child dirty looks while I placed my order. I am aware that intolerance exists but I've never felt so blatantly disrespected and unaccepted by an establishment. I do not recommend going. The food was mediocre, but the service was disturbing. My son was heartbroken, and so was I. read more

Grace Kelly is the creme de la creme of bakers. Period. She has got it going on with the dough. I have sampled a variety of her baked goods and never been disappointed. Wondering where at? Well she just so happens to be one of the faces behind Junk Ditch Brewing Co and you can see her goodies and bread pretty much everywhere downtown. If you are eating delicious bread or pastries - ask if they are hers! Some of my favorites that she whips up - any of her artisan breads that come on the bread boards at Junk Ditch, her cinnamon is TOO DIE FOR, and I love her bread pudding, just to name a few. They were able to take a last minute delivery order for a gift basket of goodies...during Valentine's week! Not only were they cheerful and easy to communicate with, but they were quick to right an error that happened with the delivery. It's rare that you see much accountability from anyone these days, but when a business is quick to respond and execute to make something whole, you know they're good people. The quality of the goodies was outstanding, prices were totally reasonable and they are LOCAL/small business. I'm happy to use them again for my next "gifting" occasion and I would heartily recommend them. The service here is great the food is delicious kind of pricey but worth it

After noticing a glowing review in the local paper two years back, we saw GK Baked Goods' table at the YLNI Barr Street Market this summer and had to give them a try. Very impressive! The bagels were tasty (we tried an assortment pack, 6 bagels for $6) and the baguettes were very nice: crusty on the outside with terrific color and beautiful texture. I'm guessing the baguettes would be best warmed slightly in the oven before serving, but we tore into the loaf while walking so didn't have the chance. The bagels we'd try again too, if only to compare to our household's standby favorite (Bagel Station on State). I think GK's bagels are comparable, but want to do an actual side-by-side test of taste and texture before coming to such a significant decision. (What can I say? We're serious about bagels.) Final point, wow, GK Baked Goods knows how to market! Their black and white logo stickers and paper bags are absolutely adorable. Very chic. You feel elegant and worldly, just wandering around with one of their baguettes in hand...which is kind of magic when you remember this is Indiana. Pretty terrific! We'll definitely try the sweets next time. read more

We went to the Barr St Farmers market today as we do most Saturday's. We go down to buy fresh veggies, grab a coffee, baked good for breakfast and hang out to enjoy the beautiful morning on Bart St. Today we were met with the WORST customer service we had ever received from GK baked goods! We thought a cinnamon roll would be from Grace Kelly's since we had good products in the past. We happily paid the $4.00 for the average sized roll and we asked for a fork. We were talked down to and told that most people bring there own utensils but here is a PLASTIC FORK... Basically talking down to us and shame us! We come to the market for fun enjoy not to be belittled and talked down to. I went back and said something to Katie about the terrible service and she became irritated and raised her voice as to make a scene. She did this while wearing a Junk Ditch hat so I said that I would be talking to them also about the poor behavior and terrible customer service. Her reply was go ahead, you will be talking to me., implying that she was the manage. So I am recommending that if you do go to The Barr St market to spend your money at another bakery, there are great products that rival if not rise above Grace Kelly's Baked goods and all without the poor customer service. Also making my recommendation not to visit the Junk Ditch as the customer service will soon be the same... read more
