He could have told me to replace the entire door and do it right - but instead, he applied silicone (a step that was previously skipped) and suggested we watch and wait. If this doesn't do the trick, to call him, and we'll look at a replacement. Since he only had to apply silicone, there was no charge. I WILL DEFINITELY call Don if I need a future glass repair. Steve…read morefrom DFW Window Specialists replied so fast to my request for information AND he was able to replace just the glass at the top of my window instead of making me buy and replace the entire window. So not only did he save me a bunch of money but he also got me on the schedule fast! The team that came out to replace it arrived early to measure the pane of glass and came back later the same day to replace it. The glass looks beautiful and fits perfectly. The seal around the glass is guaranteed for 10 years, which is comforting. Honestly, the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is the window repair guys left some broken glass pieces behind on the interior and exterior of the repaired window which had me concerned for my daughter and my dogs. However, when I told Steve about this he was extremely apologetic and said that never should have happened and he would speak to his team. I appreciated his quick response and taking ownership of the issue, and would absolutely recommend him!

I emailed photos of what I have and what I am interested in on a Thursday morning, received a short reply with a standard quote that did not entail what I had asked for Monday around noon. Emailed immediately back and no reply until Tuesday afternoon. Emailed the photo from the company's instagram of what I want, asked for a quote, and a day later, no response. I think this company must have changed hands, or maybe the saleswoman is just simply terrible.
