Found this on yelp and loved it. We got the garlic knots with marinara, Greek salad and a pizza everything was fantastic.

Best place to grab a slice in town! Fresh mozzarella, excellent crust, and great sauce to cheese ratio! The staff is friendly and the pizza speaks for itself. Two thumbs up! read more

For the price, the pizza was exceptional and made to order. Our waitress was very friendly. The toppings are only .25 cents each per slice which is very cheap and they don't skimp either. Next time I'm in town I will stop by again. Definitely worth a bookmark. read more

This is my favorite pizzeria in Plattsburgh. My wife and I both graduated from PSUC and always go here when we visit. They have great marinara sauce, so there are lots of good choices on the menu. read more

We think this is the best pizza in town, as long as you carry out or eat in. We started ordering from them about 6 months ago and no matter how long they promise it will take we still haven't gotten a delivery in under an hour. And we are in plattsburgh, about 10 minute drive time. I completely understand how I'm not the only one ordering but if you know there's 10 deliveries ahead of me don't tell me it's gonna be 30 minutes. People are very friendly, prices reasonable, just don't ever expect a delivery in under 60-90 minutes. read more

I can't even explain how I had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. When I had a complaint, I was called a liar and hUng up on repeatedly. I drove to the restaurant for the manager to lie to my faace that he didn't do these things yet his staff told me he was. The part time manager apologized for him and the owner would call me! Never received call or apologies. On top of it I never got my food for my pregnant wife at the time! Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Amazing food at a very reasonable price. The boneless teriyaki wings are AMAZING! The pizza is outrageously cheesy and the service is friendly and prompt. read more

I've had the food from the Giuseppe's in Plattsburgh and in Keeseville, the food is amazing. Best pizza in the Plattsburgh area for sure!

By far the best place to eat in Plattsburgh. Believe me, I've practically eaten at every restaurant in Plattsburgh, and can honestly say that this is the only place that keeps me coming back. Best Calzone I've ever had. The pizza is excellent and the pasta is awesome. The reason is that they have the best marinara sauce I've had in all of New York State. read more

Right up front, GREAT pizza! I wasn't even hungry and ended up eating 4 pieces. We ordered the supreme and picked it up. Took maybe 20 minutes. Cooked perfectly. Great crust -- not thick but not wafer thin either, delicious home-made flavor to it. The sauce was also to our liking. Not overly tomatoed (yes, I just made a new word), slightly salty and not sweet. Excellent toppings, fresh and tasty. Crumbled sausage which we love. If anyone is familiar with Sergi's Pizza in Potsdam (our outright favorite and we've had pizza in NYC, Philly, Orlando, Rome, Paris, Naples...), this is SO close! Already told our family who is staying at the same hotel and they ordered immediately. read more

Had supreme pizza and hot wings delivered. Arrived under 30 minutes fresh hot great eye appeal and most of all tasted fantastic. Definitely will do again when in area. read more

I love this place. They have amazing wings and the best pizza in town. Worth a try for sure.

Great pizza reminds me of NYC pizza a taste ftom back home, and their sub sandwiches are good.

Stopped in here to pick up a meal during the Ragnar Adirondacks race a few weeks ago. The staff there was soooo incredibly friendly and nice (even though we must have looked like shit after spending a day running through the mountains) and the food was great too. I had the chicken parm hero, which was delicious and really hit the spot. Was also told by my friends that the grilled chicken salad is great. Whole meal for 8 people came out to something like $60. One thing to note is that the location of this place on Google Maps is a little bit off. Google shows it as being on 9N (the main street in town) between Montcalm and Amherst streets, but it's actually a block up--on 9N between Amherst and Pine Point Lane. (Next to the ice cream place.) read more

Place is close to 87, wish the food was a better crowd pleaser. Salad dressings are not homemade if you're thinking about a pasta dinner and garlic bread is nothing to write home about. Will try the pizza next time if I'm that way again. Price is certainly fair for the amount of food and the waitress was very cheerful and pleasant. read more

Food is GREAT but customer service needs work!!!! BAD I'm surprise , It's been a while and it will be the last!

We stopped here hoping to grab a quick lunch on the way back from Montreal. At 11:50 AM, On a Monday, we were the only people in the restaurant. We waited 35 minutes for an eggplant parmigiana sandwich and a chicken salad. Sadly, we did not think to check the health score before we ordered: at the time of writing, it is a 62 out of 100. The only thing that is stopping me from giving this place a one star review is the young lady who brought our food out after the long wait. She was incredibly polite and sincere when she apologized for our wait, which the food did not make up for. read more

Great pizza place. Very small but pizzas were good and tasty. The crust is light, just perfect and the toppings were fresh. Beware that the pizzas are big. We have 1 medium and 1 small for a family of 4. Turned out the small one was almost as big as the medium one. Nonetheless we hate them all as they were so tasty! We'll be back. read more

Charming Mom & Pop pizza shop that's super easy to get to off of I-87 (en route to Montreal). The staff were friendly and attentive - order at the counter, grab a table, and they'll bring out your food/drink. I ordered the supreme calzone - it was made to order (very hot), quite tasty, definitely a good value. I could have easily split it with my friend (translation - it's gigantic). Try them out! read more

My handsome husband, Peter the Professor, can zoom in and pick up an amazing meal to bring home for our growing family. Pizzas are fresh, waitresses are awesome, and I am growing big and wobbly thanks to Guiseppe's. read more

Best tasting Pizza in Plattsburgh! I would have given a higher rating but the wait time is ridiculous and the employees have been rude at times. But the food is delish read more

Do NOT spend your hard earned money here. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT. I ordered flavoured wings extra crispy and pizza, very simple. The pizza was fine but the wings were the wrong flavour. I called back about THEIR mistake and they proceeded to argue with me that the flavour was correct despite it not looking nor tasting like what I ordered...I finally got them to remake the wings and send me what I hoped would be the correct flavour, which it was...but now the wings were nowhere near crispy, they looked and felt damn near raw. At this point after having wasted an hour waiting for a "30 minute" delivery and waiting an extra 20 minutes to be given nearly raw chicken I was obviously upset and called back a second time and was given to the night manager who proceed to argue with me again about the flavour of the first wings and then tell me I was "wasting his time" before hanging up in my face. If anyone should be upset about having their time wasted, it should be me...the PAYING customer!! What nerve that little prick has and HORRIBLE customer service. I called back again and asked to speak to him and let out a few choice words. What a TERRIBLE experience that I did not deserve when I explicitly explained what I wanted the first time. Food 6/10 Customer service -10000000000000000000000000000000000000000/10. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. I wish I could give 0 Stars. read more

It has been over a year since we have ordered from Giuseppie's Pizza and will never again do so. First they tell you 45 min for delivery, show up 1 1/2 hour later !!! With the wrong food. I call to tell them it was the wrong order. The person on the phone sits the phone down and I listen to them telling on another that I am lying... then hang up in me... I call back to speak to a manager, to be told again that they delivered what I ordered. read more

Was told wait was 20 minutes; turned out to be ~40-45 minutes; 2/5 Sweet potato fries tasted gross 1/5; Buffalo Chicken pizza was 4/5 read more

Worked with our large group (24 people) very well. We ordered ahead of time, it was all ready when we arrived, very tasty.

I like their special steak sub with mushrooms, peppers, and cheese. Can't speak for the rest however.

I would not eat here the food is terrible and over priced I ordered 40 dollars worth of food that was inedible the fried food was way over cooked grease soaked and disgusting the portions were small it looked like it was refried i wont be returning read more

I called this place about 4 times before I actually came to the store. 2 times on the phone,I was put on hold for more than 5 mins and heard people arguing. I then decided to go there in person. I went and ordered at the store and it was completely empty. I placed my order and then the food came out pretty fast but they completely forgot my garlic knots. I then asked for them again and didn't receive them. Alright food terrible service. read more

I ordered a to go tuna sub with extra tuna. It took 20 minutes and there was hardly any tuna in the sub. It was not busy at the time.

We were on our way to Montreal and needed a place to eat quickly. I took a calzone and hubby took lasagna. It was absolutely delicious! The waitress was friendly and the place is really clean. So this is definitely better than the "standard pizza joint" and we will be back! read more

Large supreme pizza with peppers on the side. Picked it up, on time and hot and tasty. We'd carry out the again. No idea about service eating in. read more

Ordered the meat lovers and fresh tomato. One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time, very good! Good service, friendly staff.

I called for a delivery of wings pizza and celery and blue cheese. When it arrived there was no blue cheese or celery and the pizza was cold and wings were luke warm. It took over an hour to get there as I looked at my cell phone at the time I ordered. 1 hour 5 minutes and I was quoted for 40 minutes. I called back and stated that there was no blue cheese or celery and the guy told me I did not order any. I had my friend verify to me that he heard me order blue cheese and celery. I told them the pizza was cold and wings were only warmed I was told to het them up in the microwave, REALLY why would I call for delivery only to heat it up myself. I told him I would like new wings and pizza and he said no to the wings but would get me a new pizza. Let me see if it took over and hour for the first delivery and the wings were luke warm how cold would they be if they took another hour to get to me. I told him to just come and get the food and I would take a refund, he stated that I could bring it to him, I was not going to drive all the way in, This is why I paid for delivery. By far the worst customer service ever. I will be taking these back as I never touched the food and will be getting my money back. I use to enjoy this place but will be telling everyone of the horrible service from this place. It made me feel like they had the only place in Plattsburgh. I can name off 6 other places not including the chains and franchise. Giuseppe's you lost a customer for life thanks to your employee. read more

Had an unfortunate experience at Giuseppe's in Plattsburgh this afternoon on Valentine's Day on top of that. My wife and I have been frequent customers over the last five years almost on a weekly basis and today had a very bad experience with the food as well as a waitress . My wife ordered a calzone which was partially black and very crispy is not normal. My wife cracked it open and Literally had one bite and could not eat anymore. .40 minutes later the waitress comes out and ask if we need a box where my wife responds I couldn't eat this it seems overcooked, .The waitress then responds well you've eaten half of it. I've never gotten a response like that ever before in the restaurant. This caused me wife to say your service was bad also. The waitress responded "dude can't you see I'm busy?". She then yells loudly to the cook "this lady says you burned her calzone!" It will be a long time before we set foot in that place again. I also posted on their Facebook page in hopes the owner would see it but it has been removed and I've been blocked. But I have to say we have been there for years and on a weekly basis even. Really really disappointed. Zero for this review. read more

I have been going to This pizza place since I was very young, I would say at least 10 years. But recently they have gone completely down hill. I have gotten a very soggy pizza each time I've gone in the last few months, and when I tried to get a replacement I get nothing but an attitude from the cook/owner. This most recent time we went and sat in, and again the pizza came soaked from the middle at the way to the crust, I explained my problem to the waitress who kindly took it back, but when they came back with what was suppose to be a new pizza I find out the just stuck my old pizza back into the oven. They burnt the whole crust and it was still soaked. After asking for the bill to be lessened as I obviously wasn't going to eat it, the cook yelled from the back that no one ever complains and that we were rude and he never wanted us to come back again. Well I've never once been spoken to like that in a restaurant for making a complaint, but this is uncalled for. If you took the time to read my very long review, I urge you not to go here. Especially if your looking for a nice, non-soggy, pizza. read more

I am so frustrated with Giuseppe's. I used to love their food best pizza in Plattsburgh until recently the last 3 times I've ordered from them I get the lemon pepper wings and I don't know if they got a new cook but the wings are so salty and disgusting I couldn't even eat them we wasted 60 dollars on food that we couldn't eat. I don't dare return food only to have someone spit in it. And then I asked for cheesecake with NO CHOCOLATE and they drown it in chocolate sauce. I'm just so over them and I'm done. Never eating there again until they get a new cook. Because I refuse to waste money to just have to throw wings/cheesecake in the trash. I'm utterly disappointed. Here's a hint maybe have your cooks taste the food after they make it and they'll see how disgusting and overly seasoned it truly is. So therefore I really want to give this place 0 stars but one gets my point across. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER ! read more
