I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. Obviously if I could hear her so could other people, nice HIPPA violation. The ARNP Lindsey comes in very quick and doesnt even speak 2 me barely, just walks in says maybe 10 words then leaves. Neither of these women should be taking care of people.

She has treated me for many ailments, and I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the service in her office. There have been a few rare occasions where I needed an immediate answer after-hours, and Dr. Arcand had given me her personal cell phone number to call, which was very rare in my experiences. The only reason that I can imagine that the person who left such a negative review is that perhaps the receptionist may have been out of sorts, not a good fit for the office. I've been going to Dr. Arcand since 2010, and never encountered such treatment from anyone.

Dr Adeoshun did not even physically examine my neck or even look at it. She never came within 6 feet of me and just sat behind her fancy desk through the whole visit. I have no idea who's bloodwork she was reading but it wasn't mine cause she told be my B12 is twice as high as it should be but the day before my primary pc and I both went over my bloodwood together and my B12 is perfect. Dr Adeoshun also said any symptoms I'm having can't be thyroid related. How would she know? She never even gave me a chance to tell her my symptoms. if I could have given negative stars I would have. But today I give up and I'm looking for another internist. I'm having surgery tomorrow at 7am and had my pre-op blood work and EKG done with Dr. Florescu 8 days ago. I was assured that results would be back by that Weds. and would be FAX'd to my surgeon no later than Friday as I had pre-op app't with my surgeon the following Monday. Surgeon never rec'd reports at close of day Friday even though the surgeon's nurse and I had both been calling Dr. Florescu's office since Thursday to have the results sent over. It's an hour before my app't with the surgeon and still no FAX with results from Dr. Florescu. Nurse and I calling frantically. No results FAX'd. I'm now at the surgeon's office and still waiting. I'm then told that my surgery may have to be postponed. I'm having the surgery done 2 hours away from home and it took a lot of planning to get time off work and to arrange help at home after the surgery. What is the problem? How hard is it to FAX?! Having surgery is stressful enough. It's crazy to be stressed out over something as simple as having your test results FAX'd to another doctor. I'm through with this. It's much too frustrating. Too bad, because Dr. Florescu, himself, is very good. My advise: until Dr. Florescu realizes his support staff is so poor - he will continue to lose pts. My husband is also moving to another Internist.
