She took care in working on my tight upper back muscles during my one hour massage but also paid attention to my whole body too. The massage oils she used for the treatment were pleasantly scented and not over-bearing. The warm moist towels she put on my feet after my foot massage was also a nice touch. I found the massage to be both relaxing and therapeutic. It was also nice that she had multiple ways of paying. I had forgotten my check book, but I was able to pay with my credit card, so that was very convenient.

Unfortunately I started my period the morning of the massage, and when I let Anicha know she became extremely concerned with my comfort levels. She allowed me to switch to a table massage instead of the originally planned Thai massage, and even consulted with him while I was changing to make sure I was okay keeping the appointment and wasn't just being polite. She was just really concerned that I would be uncomofortable and wouldn't get the most out of the massage. That actual massage was amazing! She used an excellent amount of pressure (I like really intense pressure) and basically worked through 2 years worth of postdocing-in-a-pandemic stress that has accumulated in my shoulders, lol. At the end, she wished me happy birthday and gave me a little trinket souvenir from Thailand. So sweet! I am sad that I didn't find Anicha sooner since I am moving out of MPLS, but I highly recommend her if you are looking for a really nice, deep, effective massage.

She told me that she would be able to help me relieve most of the pain that I was having. I decided to give it a try.
