I came across a great Groupon deal for A Velvet Touch Massage and decided to give it a try. It was…read morea wonderful experience that started with easy online booking. The massage room is in a spa/salon that has separate suites with doors, so there are no other interactions with people other than the therapist. All required COVID precautions were taken and I felt very comfortable. Velvet customized my massage to my liking and focused on the areas that were giving me problems. The pressure was perfect and she was receptive to tender areas that I informed her about and adjusted the pressure as needed. The massage was one of the best I have had and I left feeling very rejuvenated. The environment was very relaxing and afterward she offered stretches and advice to help ease tension and reduce stress in between massages. I can't wait to go back when I can find the time!

I have purchased two vouchers from groupon for a massage session for both my mother and I. I was…read morefirst to receive service by using one of the vouchers, the next day I brought my mother for the exact same session, also using the voucher. when she finished her massage, Velvet has asked me how I would like to pay. I was confused because I've already redeemed my voucher for the second session before my mother's massage has even started. she states that the voucher wouldn't work for this session but it would for any future sessions. At this point I'm extremely annoyed and beyond confused still. So she goes on by saying also you would have to pay the full amount of this session and not the amount given on groupon and if I have a problem I should take it with groupon. So here I'm thinking it must be a problem on groupon's end just to find out that groupon has already paid her for both of the vouchers. Ive been dealing with this problem for two months now, both groupon and velvet refused to refund at least one of the voucher or the full amount she took from the second session. Velvet is very untrustworthy & unprofessional scammer who's ripping others of their money even after groupon has paid her. I wouldn't recommend her to ANYONE ever.

I have been coming to Brad for over 3 years and bringing my daughter to him for over 2. He is…read morenothing short of amazing both personally and professionally. The reason I started going to him was that the first time I ever went to him he was able to diagnose my issues without me even telling him. When I had previous massages, I would often walk away sore and still not feeling 100%. That is never the case with Brad. He always does a great job and my health has never been better. He has been willing to have us come in twice when my daughter has been injured as an athlete and her recovery from her injuries was accelerated due to his help. She adores him as well! Brad is the best massage therapist I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot). I highly recommend him for your massage therapy needs. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Wow can't believe the reviews! Maybe under new management?!…read more I was at a medical appointment and decided to look for a massage that I could have been fully closed. Usually, this is a specific type of facility and this one was exactly what I was looking for As you walk in, there are lounge chairs about 10 and then there are about five massage chairs to the other section. The cash register is in this area and then there's a closed area with I assume separate rooms for private massages. I had the 30 minute chair and 30 minute lounge Jack was my masseuse and he had very hard pressure But I had a knot in my shoulder for over a month and I just wanted relief He was very thorough and worked every night I had the chair is basically massaging your back and arms and hands and a little back of your leg but not much. I was very happy with this 30 minutes. Then I moved over to the lounge and he worked my head and shoulders and upper back area and then went to my feet which he had very firm pressure which I enjoyed as if it's too late I become ticklish and then he did about five minutes on my arms and hands which I could've went for more Well, this will be more of a drive for me. Stephanie's massages are life changing. You might think I'm being hyperbolic, but I promise you I'm…read morenot. I've never had a massage that so effectively improved how my body felt and moved. To be clear --This is not a "relaxing I'm going to fall asleep and wake up refreshed" massage. She pushes your body and muscles to the point right before you want to "tap out", but she's able to read your body to know just how far she can push it so your muscles and tension release without going too far. As soon as she finishes an area you can instantly feel an improvement. Besides the incredible skills with her hands and feet she uses her ears. If you have something going on in your life and you're storing anger, disappointment, resentment, grief, etc. she finds ways to help your body release that too. I've left her office on more than one occasion in tears. Not because I was in pain, but because she helped my body release a trauma (small/big, physical/mental) and you can physically feel the emotions being allowed out and a weight being lifted. I had never experience that with a massage before, so yeah... Life changing. Stephanie is a healer in the truest sense of the word.

Seriously, losing the money has really set us back. I think about it all the time and kick myself for trying to get relief (and didn't get any).
