Seafood risotto was really oily and cheesy, little too much for me
    Randy D.

Was looking for a place to eat in the area and had a hankering for some Italian so stopped in. Was seated quickly and reviewed the menu. Ordered an old fashioned and it was good. Had the meatball appetizer and it was really good and very filling. Dense meatballs in a solid red sauce Nice inside, like a typical Italian restaurant. Service was good, friendly and helpful. Wife ordered the margarita pizza while I couldn't decide between the eggplant parmigiana and seafood risotto. Waitress recommended the risotto so I went with that. Pizza was really good. Wife loved it. Risotto was really heavy and cheesy, little too much for me. Shrimp and scallops were cooked well, as was the rice but it was just too heavy and oily. Ate about a third and couldn't eat anymore Would definitely go back for pizza and try the eggplant next time!

I had a tremendous dining experience here. The veal saltimbocca was well executed and delicious! The shrimp risotto was also ordered, and came out prepared properly and was also delicious. The traditional spaghetti and meatballs was ordered to determine a "base line" and that too was well done. The meatballs were made well, and full of flavor. We enjoyed all three offerings very much. I would like to try the pizza at my next visit. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The overall environment was a little loud for my taste, and that's what keeps this place in business -- a full restaurant! I can't wait to go back and endulge in some more great Italian food. These days the "glorified pizza shop" is around every corner, hiding freezer burned shrimp in a heavy Alfredo sauce. That is not the case here whatsoever. This is one of my top spots now to recommend to people in this area.

This place is not worth your time. Im so disappointed after listening to the website which states, no reservations I called ahead for a table in 45 minutes. They said that they were full with reservations. So this restaurant took reservations on a Saturday night (which clearly states they don't). I'm very dissatisfied in learning they don't follow their own practices. I will never give them business again.

Food is consistently good. Service was good. My only complaint is the size of the wine pours.

He does all the cooking, she handles everything else (often by herself). She's all business but not unfriendly. The food is so good. My veal pizzaiola on my most recent visit was as good as ever and I am particular to the veal di martin on the house specialty section of the menu. The garlic, oil and tomato covered bread and salad with homemade dressing included with your meal are fresh and tasty. While everyone else needed take home containers for their dinner she was shocked I cleaned my plate! The food is the reason you're here and it's superb.

Made reservations for 6. Showed up at 5:30 and there were only two full tables. So we asked if we…read morecould be seated early. The hostess said no. I can't seat you until 6. So I'm sitting there for a few and I'm like maybe they misunderstood and they thought I made a res for 6 people not at 6. So I went to clarify with the hostess. She understood and repeated the same thing. So we sat and waited a few more minutes before she had a change of heart and came out to tell us we could be seated now. We didn't leave for probably 45 minutes and not one more person came in. As soon as we sat down the hostess who was also the waitress came over and asked for our order. We of course we weren't ready. We just sat! She seemed frustrated and I was thinking wow this isn't going to be relaxing. The first thing I see on the menu is the sharing up charge. I hate that type of thing. I always like to do family style and share stuff. I want to try every thing if it's a good place. So we got an appetizer which clearly we were going to share. Luckily we did not get the share charge. The bread you get before your meal is so good. Fresh cut garlic and oil drizzled on it. You also get a side salad that was delicious. When they brought the calamari I tried moving the bread closer to me so the waitress(same as the hostess) could put the plate down. She grabbed the bread bowl from me and moved it to the other end of the table. When our actual meals came she couldn't wait to get our plates off the table. We really felt like we were an inconvenience. I thought maybe it was just a cultural thing. Or maybe she's just overworked since she was the hostess and waiting on 3 tables. Brought us boxes before we were finished our food. So we were like ok fine. We will just pack up. We were going to get desert but we decided let's just blow this popsicle stand and get something somewhere else. The food here is excellent. I would get take out again but I probably wouldn't suggest a dine in experience. Which is a shame. I don't even really like writing this critical of a review because I don't know what was going on in her life so maybe it was just the day.

I actually celebrated my birthday here last year and this place is always a hit, never a miss! We started with the cucumber and tomato salad and the country bread, and what a delicious combination! We also ordered a side of olive oil, and they seriously have some of the best olive oil I've had in a while. I definitely recommend getting some on the side to dip your country bread in. Trust me! We paired everything with a pitcher of sangria, which gives you about four drinks and was much more economical than ordering individual cocktails. I finally tried the chicken Parmesan, and boy, am I kicking myself for not trying it sooner! The chicken breast was thick, juicy, moist, and perfectly crunchy. Some places make their chicken Parm so thin that it barely feels like you're eating chicken, but this was an actual substantial piece of chicken with the perfect bite. Our waitress told me I could swap out the pasta and sauce that normally come with the chicken Parmesan, so of course I did! I got the rigatoni with vodka sauce, and it was DELIGHTFUL. The portion was massive, so I took leftovers home and yes, I absolutely ate them the very next day! My fiancé got the branzino and wanted something lighter so he could help me with the rigatoni. His plate was beautifully presented, the fish tasted incredibly fresh, and it was exactly what he wanted. Overall, we had another wonderful experience. This restaurant will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back! A special shoutout to our waitress, who was absolutely delightful and told me I could change the pasta and sauce with my chicken Parmesan. You changed my life! You have no idea how happy you made me. I wish I had gotten your name, but truly, everyone there is always so lovely. Thank you for another amazing experience!

The arancini was so decadent and the garlic bread came with a head of garlic confit - both were perfectly appetizers. We also got the shrimp pasta and lobster pasta and both were delicious! The lobster pasta was very filling, so I recommend the shrimp pasta if you want something on the lighter side. The service was good, but there was a wait both times we strolled by (Sunday and Tuesday), so would recommend making a res. The only caveat is that I would not recommend coming here with a party larger than 4 people, the restaurant is very small and rustic and can't fit a larger party. It was fine for us as we were able to push some outside tables together (and it was a beautiful evening), but I do wish we could have sat inside.
