Friday night. Placed an online order. Received confirmation email and delivery time. Delivery time came and went. Half hour later tried calling the store to get a rough estimate on arrival time. No answer. Called back several more times....still no answer. Wife went to go to the restaurant....CLOSED! What time did we close up shop....who knows. Not a sign in sight on the doors. Online ordering was still available. Supposed to be open til 10pm according to the hours listed. But had no issue taking the money right out the bank account. read more

First off, their food is better than average for a pizza shop attached to a Dunkin. However, over the past year or so, the prices have slowly increased to the point the price does not justify the end. It's now just a pizza joint attached to a Dunkin. The worst part of it all, they charge you substantially more, almost punishing the customer if you use a card. I can understand 3%, but the lunch special is $2 more if not using cash. Long story short, I used to frequent often, but will now choose one of the other many establishments along that same stretch of road. read more

This pizza is so hit or miss at this place. If I'm going to pay $20+ for a plain cheese pizza, at least put some cheese on it. Also cook it completely. This is supposed to last me a couple of meals. And it's just not hot on arrival. Barely any cheese. I would have loved toppings, but not at $5 a pop. A little over the top. I know pizza can be good here! I've had it. We've ordered from here a few times for dinner and the portions are great we always have leftovers... Their Sicilian pizza is pretty good but my favorite is the eggplant Parmesan pizza. For my son's birthday we decided to cater from red tomato... The food was hot when they delivered it, the prices were very decent, and the food was great. The hot and sweet wings weren't very good hot and sweet just kind of hot I was expecting a Thai chili type of flavor but it wasn't but still not bad... the size of the wings were pretty good. I have to say the garlic knots are the best nights I've ever had I just don't have them heat them up all the way. I love them more soft. My kids love their chicken Parm hoagies. read more

I had pizza here once a while ago and it was pretty good. Ordered Chicken Marsala and it came in a greasy red/pink sauce? Super salty and the chicken was awful. Dry, tough, and stringy like chicken beef jerky. Meal does not come with pasta so I asked for plain thin spaghetti or angel hair on the side and got a container of regular overcooked spaghetti with red sauce that was fit for the rest of the meal. Tried this place cause it's next door to the Drive In Theater who allows outside food. So my friends and I parked our car and walked over. Wow. This place is great. Brooklyn Bridge pizza I got on my first visit and it was perfect. Toppings were super fresh and delicious. Perfect leftovers days later too. My friend had the Panini which was also delicious. We came back 3 days later for another movie and I got the Verdi pizza which is one of the best white pizzas I've ever had. Usually I prefer to make it myself cause they can be bland but this packed lots of flavor. My friends got another pizza which I can't remember and isn't pictured which they also loved. Lastly is the Garlic Knots, not pictured. While not particularly Knotty were soft and fresh and the marinara was tasty. Can not wait for a third visit. read more

When I originally moved to PA from New York, this was my go to pizzeria. The owner is still the same from the day. I originally came here he opened a second place off of Airport Road and I'm assuming because he fluctuates from which place he's at that's kind of how the Pizza is when he's there. I have purchased Pizza here a few times and it was awesome. This time I ordered one with vegetables. When I opened the box I said to myself where's the vegetables? I had the worst experience of customer service at this restaurant ever. The staff is unorganized and very rude. I ordered a medium pizza. When they gave it to me they said it was a small. Apparently they don't have medium pizzas, only small and large. I said you should have told me that when I ordered. A woman behind the counter very rudely said give it back and I'll give you your money back. I wasn't asking for a refund, just making the point they should have told me. The woman starting yelling at me! I told her I would never come back and she replied "good, I don't need you". It was by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Takes forever. They told me my order would be ready in 30 mins and 45 mins later it's still not done. Delivery orders kept going out the door, but people were waiting for pickup orders. Best in the Valley! I'm becoming a bit of a regular (Chicken Caesar Wrap add Kalamata Olives). The great food doesn't t stop with the wraps, they have excellent pizza/strombolis and hoagies/steaks. My husband and I love The Red Tomato! We have never eaten at their facility, we have only ever done the take out or the delivery. So far, we have tried their cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, bacon cheeseburger pizza, special pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, and buffalo chicken calzone. All of the pizzas we have tried are delicious! We will definitely be reordering many of their delicious options! I can't say that I would eat there, because they share a building with a Dunkin Donuts, so their section is very small and informal. I ordered from this place for the first time (using the Slice app-which is another issue entirely) and I won't be ordering again. I ordered it for a specific time because I had guests coming over. It showed up over an hour early, which whatever, that's fine, there are worse problems than that. After reheating it, I noticed the one pizza I ordered was missing two toppings. I contacted customer support through slice, I even provided a picture and they said the restaurant refused to authorize any kind of refund because they kept insisting they made it correctly. I provided a picture! So my petty ass now has to leave an annoyed review because it's pretty frustrating that they won't try to correct an order for someone who is trying their restaurant for the first time. I'll just add them to my list of arrogant restaurant owners (aka Biaggio's) and never order there again. Overall, the pizza here is very good. Our pickup order took about 15 minutes, which included one large plain and one large pepperoni pizza, with fries on the side. Pizza was well cooked and had a great balance of cheese and sauce. Great value as well as there is a special on two large pizzas. Under cooked pasta again and again. 1st time we had 2 orders of Baked Ziti that the pasta was under cooked. Then again we had 2 orders Spaghetti that was under cooked. After that, again, under cooked Baked Ziti once more. Have had problems in the past but when they do cook it right its good. However, it just seems to be like a hit or miss anymore here. Under cooking pasta from a place that promises to offer so much is a real disappointment. Hopefully in the future they will improve it.
