They never asked me my choice of sitting so I asked them if I could be seated outside. The patio was a little sad. Plastic chairs, and no flowers. There are weeds around the perimeter of the fence. The waitress Julie was kind but not super chatty. I asked her to surprise me and she brought me garlic knots and the New York penne. The pasta is very good, but the mushrooms and ham that accompanied the dish was very sparse. The garlic knots are good, but I'm not a huge fan of their marinara sauce (almost like they just crushed tomatoes and put them in a dish). The Dishes are plastic but inside the restaurant had a cute ambience. The restaurant was not very busy. However, it is a Thursday and it's a bit early.

The sausage is superb, the crust and square party cut is the same, but the garlic dipping sauce beats Papa any day. Plus it was $5 less than Giovanni's. In all fairness, the Bernaugh location of Giovanni's is still as good as Louisa used to be but it's a long haul. 3 Rivers is my new pizza joint.

Everything was pretty good! Chill restaurant, can wear whatever you want. Probably not the best date night, but good for groups! This was also just better in general. - Backyard Burger ($13.49): Fine! The fries were nice and crispy! I wish I had the Reuben. Someone else in my party got it and it looked delicious. Someone else in my party really enjoyed the salmon. I recommend!

One of my friends I met up for dinner worked with me at the Neutral Zone and the other I met there more than 37 years ago. The spot brought back great memories even though it had been totally renovated. The outside still looked the same;) When you walk in you see the bar and several high top tables. There's a dart board at the end of the bar. On the other side are more high top tables a few lower tables and three pool tables. There were lots of tv's as well as a jukebox. On my first visit I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was fresh with light crispy breading. I wasn't a fan of the fries but loved the finely chopped coleslaw. On my second visit I had the reuben sandwhich which was tasty! I didn't want fries and even though a house salad was not on the menu I was served a lovely salad with a boiled egg as a fry substitute. Now that's service deserving of recognition! On both visits my servers were friendly and attentive. On my second visit I was offered a beer sample which I liked and ordered. When I'm in town visiting my family I will definitely be back to try more menu items.

The restaurant was not too busy, maybe 5-6 tables filled when we arrived, and I made the mistake of talking about the low/ish yelp review stars. Our server immediately started bragging about the place, saying how the food was great, everyone was so nice and we believed her. I loved the bread they brought out when we sat down, but all my friends thought it tasted like flour. We ordered after 15 minutes of being there, and we got the Manicotti w/ spaghetti, Tri-Sauce Tortellini, and the Meat Lovers pizza. After ordering, a huge table of 12 people sat down nearby us, and our server was assigned to also help them. They got drinks immediately, and had bread coming out every 5 minutes. When I asked for another sweet tea, I didn't get it for 10 minutes and I only received it because the huge table also needed refills. Our food didn't come out until 40 minutes AFTER we ordered it (the restaurant only had 3 tables filled by then), and it took so long we were considering paying for our drinks and leaving to go to the Papa Johns next door since we still had a long drive home and it was 8pm! The worst part was that the huge table next to us got their food literally 5 minutes after us, despite ordering at least 25 minutes after us. The cherry on top of this experience was that my friend found a black piece of hair in the spaghetti, and so she barely ate anything...(and she's a red head so it was obviously not hers). The server was nice enough to comp her food and drink, and she said she gave the rest of us 20% off of our food for the wait, but to me that really doesn't makeup for our bad time and taking up an hour and 15 minutes of our life when the restaurant wasn't even busy. I at least enjoyed my food, but I will definitely NEVER return if I find myself in Grayson again. I feel bad writing this review, but then again I did still spend $20 on ravioli and a sweet tea, so I think I can give my opinion.
