I love this place they have a speedy cooks and also they make great Mexican and American food. I also like the chicken and waffles omg there awesome!! The only problem is the waitress there she is so slow and doesn't even smile or brings menus. I think that's the only reason why they don't get a 5 star rating. I found them on UberOrdered French Toast with Blueberries, Pancakes with sausage topped with strawberries and they were both amazing! I asked for whipped butter on the side and they included it. I recommend this for breakfast! I also have to mention their Egg Sandwich with Pork Sausage ( sausage egg and cheese from McDonald's is a nice comparison ) along with their Bagel Cream Cheese and Bacon was also a delight. The team is very dedicated to their service and it feels great ordering almost anything and getting exactly what you wanted. Extremely disappointed! Have ordered many times from them but today was just ridiculous ! Ordered a few things but requested an omelette platter rather than a sandwich . When I found the sandwich, I contact them and let them know that I would like my platter which costs more than the sandwich . I placed an order for at around 10:00 a.m for sunny side eggs and Philly style steak. The order comes with potatoes and toast (with a particular butter, that had no familiar taste). The taste of each item got worse with each bite. I tried to enhance the flavor with ketchup but it didn't help. Starting with the eggs. The eggs were extremely flabby and lacked the sun in sunny side. The eggs looked more like a rainy day egg to get the best description possible. Moving on to the taste. Now I am a believer of something tasting amazing regardless of how it looks. But these eggs looked at bad as it taste. I think what really messed up the taste was the absence of yolk to balance the egg whites. The eggs had no taste at all. It would be best described as eating synthetic food. It will give the food source your body needs but you'll question wether it's real or not all the way to the point it's in your belly. The steak should have salvaged that meal but it didn't. I had the exact same impression as with the eggs! Is it real steak or was it something cheap, easy to heat up, throw in a plate and call it steak. The entire meal will have you thinking this way. Mind you, I only had about 2 bites of everything to give it a real chance. I couldn't eat the whole thing because of how poorly it was prepared. read more

This is not a place you want to order and expect delivery service. I ordered my food at 7:02 PM and expected the usual delay of about an hour but almost 2 hours later. I call back the restaurant and the guy that answered the phone tonight on 7/11 about 8:40pm had an attitude because it was busy. Proceeded to tell me he was waiting for his delivery driver to get back so he could send my food but then asked me for my address. Then figured out that it had left but never made it to me. So I asked about a refund since I 1 did not get my food 2 it would be cold 3 his customer service sucked. If you just trying to get a quick bite dont bother with this place there is nothing quick about them and delivering on time. I will never order from this establishment again. While the food is good the delivery time is ridiculous (I live 2.5 blocks away...45mins plus is crazy), they can never find the door to my apartment & something is always missing from my order. This past week I placed an order & my boyfriend's food was missing from the bag while my french toast was cold.
