From customer service, to punctuality, to attention to detail, Adriana's Legacy Cleaning is the whole package. Jessica is the embodiment of professionalism and customer care. She went out of her way to spend as much time as was needed on the phone with me to answer all of my questions. She even discussed the story of Adriana, the namesake of the business, who was diagnosed with cancer. It was Adriana's dying wish to have Jessica and her husband Mitchell continue on her legacy of excellence after she tragically passed away... Once I realized that this was a venture with purpose, I was even more sold. Mitchell and his crew arrived on time, with all of their own cleaning supplies, and they worked extremely hard for 3 straight hours. The results were phenomenal! They cleaned every nook & cranny, under all of the knick knacks, the tracks of the sliding glass doors, and even in the cat bed. They were thorough, pleasant, hard working, kind, and masters of their craft. I was blessed beyond belief with their service! Coming from someone who has had all different types of housecleaners over the years, there is no need to look any further... Adriana's Legacy Cleaners will be my housecleaners from now on. Their positive spirit and outstanding service have won over my business for life!

Hiring a contractor for a bathroom remodel project is something my wife and I were really hesitant…read moreabout, but needed to pull the trigger to update our 90's builder grade bathroom. I got a quote from a couple companies, but it just didn't feel right. Then, I reached out Travis and Daniel with Next Generation. Their professionalism from the start was miles ahead of the other two companies I called. They were on time, very friendly to my family, and it was obvious that they were very knowledgeable. This wasn't a simple remodel. Before, we had a tiny shower on the left, and a huge tub on the right which we never used. Travis explained that we could use both existing drains and create one huge master shower. Their pricing wasn't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive between the other quotes I received. The kicker is we got so much more with their proposal and design. It was a no brainer. Before the work started we got a detailed calendar of each process from demo, to final clean. I can't stress enough how detailed they were, and kept us in the loop the entire time. If the guys left for the day before we got home, we were always updated with pictures and even sometimes videos of what was accomplished! Everything was done by their in-house team, so I didn't have to worry about having random subcontractors at my house. This level of customer service is really a breath of fresh air. The end result speaks for itself. Not trying to brag on my new bathroom (I kinda am ). Look how the sides are mirror images of each other! I saw the guys take time to make sure the movement in the tile pattern all lined up! Needless to say, these guys are all professionals from Travis and Daniel the owners, to everyone else on their staff. Do yourself a favor. Stop rolling the dice on other random companies and call Next Generation. PS. I already have them on our calendar to return early January to paint the exterior of our house, and refinish our kitchen cabinets.

In the past, I've…read moredone most of my own plumbing work whenever I needed to run new lines or repair leaks, etc. Not just because I'm cheap (I am), but because I've got the tools and the know-how. But as I've gotten older, my tolerance for working on my back in dark areas where my weakening eyesight gets in the way has diminished considerably. All I needed was a garbage disposal installation. My thought as I called was, "This ain't gonna be very high on a plumber's daily worklist. I'll be lucky to have anyone even return my call." I got a call back within the hour and they got the information. The plumber called me shortly and we set up an appointment for the next day. The work was fast (why shouldn't it be?) and excellent, and the price was right (less than half what the big guys would charge). I am very happy with the outcome, and with the whole experience. Even though my need was a small one, I feel I got the attention any customer deserves. I will not hesitate to contact HOCOA first when I need work done in the future.
