We asked for a new pizza fresh out the oven but they told us we had to get the one sitting there to finish it off. There is a casual dining area but it was all full when we tried to sit. The pepper came through nicely, complementing the richness of the cheese rather than overpowering it. The **Carbonara** was equally impressive. The pasta had that wonderful fresh, silky texture, the sauce was rich and intensely cheesy, and the pancetta was perfectly crispy and salty.
