I bought the best dryer she had on hand at a price that almost felt like stealing and she gave a 90 day warranty plus a guarantee for cheap repairs if needed after that. That was many months ago and the dryer has been working like a champ the whole time. My wife loved it more than the dryer we had before. I liked the deal so much that when my refrigerator went out I didn't spend even a second thinking about a new one and bought a great high end stainless Frigidaire from Espino Appliances...which has also been working fine for many months. The price was so good I even bought a standalone freezer for my garage, something I always wanted. I will NEVER buy another brand new appliance again as long as Espino Appliances is there!

He was on time for the initial assement visit and for the actual repair visit. He completed the repair within a 1/2 hr. On his initial assessment visit he needed to order parts, then sent us a quote. After our approval, he then ordered the parts and received those part within 2 days and he was able to come back to install the parts within 2 days of the intial visit. His work was done exactingly, he kept the work area clean and clean when he left. Thecrepairs were all completed promptly, within less than a 1/2 hr. He replaced 3 igniters and 2 burners, plus, as he was installing one of the new Viking manufactured parts, he discovered something which was done incorrect on the previous repair done by different repair company co. and he explained what had been done incorrect and that it previously hadn't been a true Viking part & that part had been installed incorrectly. Art uses Viking manufactued parts for the repairs on Vikings stoves which he works on. It's important on these high-end appliances to use only the true Viking manufactuer's parts for replacements on Vikings and on other high-end brands to use those specific brand parts, not generic brands. It's expensive, but worth it in the long run, for the longevity of the appliance. Art also works on high-end refrigerators, such as the GE Monogram, which we also have in our kitchen. We will ask him to do repairs on this refrigerator, as well, should we need future repairs to be done. He does great work and charges what I think are very reasonable prices for the level of skill and quality involved. The first call was at my mother-in-law's house, where Eli diagnosed a broken compressor in her refrigerator that had stopped cooling. He did a great job working with my mother-in-law whose first language is not English. She was very happy. A few days later, he came to our house after some interior lights stopped working following a deep cleaning. He fixed the lights, then went well beyond that. Our freezer door hinge wiring harness had snapped nearly every wire inside, which had also taken out the ice maker. I'd honestly written the ice maker off after a few failed attempts to repair it myself, but Eli came in and showed it could absolutely be fixed, and done right. He patiently soldered and extended close to ten broken wires, heat-sealing and re-sheathing each one so the same failure wouldn't happen again. His fix also cost much less than replacing the whole door which was what I thought was going to have to be done. Finally, when we noticed water pooling under the refrigerator a few days later, Eli came back and dug into the back of the unit to clear a clogged compressor drain. He cleaned everything out in the process and helped put everything back together perfectly. It's more than just his expertise that I appreciated. Eli is friendly, honest, easy to work with, and a just a nice guy. He also took the time to engage with our three-and-a-half-year-old son, who was glued to every step of the repairs at our house, and made him feel like part of the project.
