    Our whole family can't thank Alex enough for helping us in our time of need!…read more Our refrigerator was making loud, obnoxious humming noises day and night and was not keeping food cold. We were worried we'd be without a fridge for days, or worse, we'd have to buy a brand new one. Alex responded to our call immediately and were at our door in record time. Alex, the business owner, came to our house himself. He is a fantastic repairman, and his company is wonderful. He was very respectful of our home, taking off his shoes, being very careful, and making sure not to damage anything. His company is amazing! He has in his truck virtually every item and tool he could need to repair any refrigerator. He had with him all the replacement items we needed. We've heard other companies need to leave, go get or order the part and come back. When your refrigerator is not working and you're afraid of food spoiling, that's the last thing you want. It could be hundreds of dollars of food loss! Alex diagnosed our fridge issue quickly and accurately, and then set to work in fixing it. He works very efficiently, smoothly and effectively and was done in no time. He had our fridge working as good as new in nothing flat. Alex is also very friendly and personable, and we really enjoyed chatting with him. We could tell he is an honest, responsible person. We absolutely highly recommend Alex and his company to anyone who wants an honest, reliable good repairman who knows what they're doing. Thank you again Alex!!

    5 stars for the customer service, responsiveness, and communication…read more I needed my Viking range serviced as my oven would reach temperature and then fluctuate below/above by 50 degrees. Not a good thing when you're baking and end up with dry cupcakes and flat cookies. I called up Airport Appliance where I purchased my range but no longer in business and given the Viking Range (1888-845-4641) support. Based on location I was referred to De Anza Appliance in San Jose. Chris was very friendly, responsive and mentioned at the onset the visit would be $200. Ouch! Whaddya gonna do when you need it fixed and only trust and Authorized Viking Repair place. Ofa was sent for the service call and arrived within the timeframe promised. Friendly, thorough and professional. Fortunately, not a big issue and corrected with a visit as wiring was hitting metal and throwing off the temperature. Highly recommend De Anza Appliance as quick to get an appointment and professional service. Oven is working great again. In 5 mins he had diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Unfortunately repair would cost more than the fridge so his recommendation was to buy a new fridge.
