I explained to the doctor that I'd slept on the floor a couple of nights earlier and that my back didn't appreciate that. There was some banter back and forth... he's very personable. He identified the area of concern on my back and got some really good cracks in that relieved all of that pain. I was impressed. He also did some hip adjusting that isn't normally done during visits, but did address an issue that was identified at the initial assessment visit. The neck cracks were epic too. My neck always goes... and loudly, but these were super- crunchy! Idk if it was the length of time since my previous visit or if it was his technique, but I left feeling amazing!
