Rangeline Chiropractic was my first experience with a chiropractor. I have had migraines since I was a child. I was hoping to see if this would help with that. The location was close to where I work, so I figured it would be an easy thing to schedule. The office is a small spot off Rangeline road. When you walk in you come to a receptionist desk and then the waiting room is behind that. The staff was friendly. My first consult they did xrays of my back and neck. I had heard about them through a convention and the flyer I had said free initial exam. Dr. Sara came in to explain treatment and how often she wanted to see me. Someone from the front office staff came in to get me scheduled. I told them it varied week to week but later was best. I only wanted to do a week out at a time, but she scheduled me out the whole time Dr. Sara wanted to see me. I appreciate the thought, but I had to call a lot and try and change the appointments, because they conflicted with my work schedule. I felt it was kind of pushy on their part. They may have not been annoyed, but I was, having to call all the time. The initial ended up costing me. I explained I had the flyer and was told that meant only the xrays were covered. It didn't say that, but I didn't argue. Dr. Sara was very nice. However, when she worked on me I did always have pain after, but assumed I should keep on; thinking maybe there was light at the end of the tunnel. She was pregnant and explained I would see Dr. Hilary when she was on maternity leave. So at my next scheduled appointment I went in to meet with her and she warned me when examining me that what she was going to do was going to hurt and to prepare myself. I left there with an instant migraine and back pain. I could barely move that night. I was 25 at the time. Not many things would knock, whatever she did messed me up. I called the next day and cancelled all my remaining appointments. I have family that rave about their chiropractors and that they never leave with pain. They only feel good after an appointment. I never had that feeling working at this practice. I personally still believe chiropractic work can help, but I won't be back here. read more

Today i went to visit Dr. Hillary E. Hushower, and i had a pleasant visit. She was very thorugh asking me a lots of questions about my health confirm, what kind of pain i have, what kind of care i have recieved previously. Chiropractic care helped me before , i have been going since 2016, i just had to transfer, and i found this place awesome! This office worked out with my older Chiropractic care and they transferred all my previous health history. Everthing went smoothly. I am usally doing good, but sometimes I am having milder neck and upper back issue, so Chiropractic care has helped me a lot. I am going next week second time, and i will updated more, but mean while if you are looking for a trustworthy great Chiropractic office near in Hamilton Co. that will be Rangeline Chiropractic. Also they are testing a new pilot program on neck pillows , you can signed up for it on the their Instagram account. I have been seeing Dr. Hillary for several years now. I never knew how much I needed an adjustment until after I saw her for the first time! The X-rays showed me problems in my neck and the therapist showed me exercises to help correct it. I now go for monthly adjustments. If I have anything at all that feels "off" I mention it to her and she tries to make an adjustment to help (like a weird cramp in my toe). Dr. Hillary and the staff are always so nice and welcoming. I have been going to Rangeline Chiropractic for a number of years. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly but be prepared to be nickeled and dimed. The staff appears to be more concerned about making money by charging creative fees (e.g. new patient exam charge every two months on top of a normal adjustment charge???) rather then focused on improving the health and wellness of their patients. read more

I went to Rangeline Chiropractic with awful problems. I had a rhomboid issue in my back and costochondritis so badly that you could visibly see the swelling. I had never seen a chiropractor before and I was nervous and maybe even skeptical about what they could do to help... but desperate to feel better and willing to try anything! Dr Sara Burton was so wonderful in helping me to understand my ailments and in suggesting treatments to relieve them. After just a few weeks of regular adjustments and therapies, she had me feeling much better. A Rangeline Chiropractic representative came to our work to advertise during my lunch. They said if you sign up that day for 20 dollars you can get a evaluation and an adjustment. I am a big fan of chiropractors as they have really helped me in the past. So I paid them 20 dollars in advance then scheduled my appointment. I drove an hour across town in rush hour traffic really looking forward to having an adjustment and the relief I would get. I got there only to be told after I had been there an hour and the appointment was ending that the 20 dollars only covered initial assessment and I would have to reschedule to get the adjustment. I asked how much that would be and they said they would have to run my insurance and get back to me. It was basically a bait and switch and in my opinion a flat out lie. It's a real shame and I am leery of the professionalism, quality and ethics of a business that has to resort to these measures to get clients. read more
