While waiting, the owner's mom and grandmother were working the line, chatting with everyone and keeping the vibes alive. You could tell they were genuinely proud and excited to be there. That kind of family energy sets a whole different tone. The space had other vendors and a DJ so the wait flew by. Everyone there was in a great mood -- it felt like a community moment more than just a pop up. In honor of 404 Day I ordered the Hot Lemon Pepper Matcha. Surprisingly good! The flavor leaned more juice than matcha, which actually worked in its favor. It gave spicy margarita vibes and I was here for it. The owner was front and center making each drink from scratch, bamboo whisk and all. You can tell this isn't just a business for her -- it's a passion.
