I called in advance to make sure they could send digital copies through email and the size requirements are different from us passports. When we got in the store, I showed him the pictures requirements again to which he said don't worry, we know it. He promised to send the digital copy the second day and I could pick up the hardcopy whenever they are ready. Second day at 4pm, I called the store, and they told me they needed to retake the pictures because my daughter's mouth is open to which I said it is ok. I would use it, and if it is rejected, I would have it retaken. To which he replied he would send the pictures later that day. I called twice again later that day, the owner said he was sending the pictures but I never received them. Third day at 9am, the owner called and said the person who was supposed to work on the pictures just quit, and he would make sure to have the picture sent on day 4 by 920am. Day 4 at 10am someone from the store called, and said I needed to go in to have the picture retaken. Or if I want a refund, I need to go in to collect the money (40m return). No electronic payment. If you want dramma and lies and no picture, I would definitely recommend this store!!!! Otherwise avoid at all cost!!!!!!
