I was helped right away asking for an olive loaf that looked awesome and asked if I wanted it sliced which I did. I then got my prosciutto bread which looked and smelled amazing! She again asked if I wanted it sliced and recommended it lasts linger if its not sliced right away. The loaves were warm like they had just come from the oven. The prepared foods and cheese section had so much variety! Prices seemed decent. I will definitely be back for more baked goods!

I also asked to try multiple pairs and he kept giving me attitude. I wish I knew this persons name, but he was tall with an odd looking goatee and had his shirt tucked in. Every time he gave me a pair of shoes he would walk away and begin talking with his other co worker. However, the older gentleman at the front counter who I assume is the owner of the place helped me with the questions I had. Several times medications for delivery were not delivered after a few days and I had to pick them up myself. 2. On other occasions, medications were not ready when I came to pick them up, hours after the prescription was sent in -- wasted trips. 3. Several times a mixup occurred when a prescription was called in and Trotta's claimed not to have received it -- wasted trips again. 4. THE WORST: I came to pick up medication for a colonoscopy that had been ordered many days before and was told it hadn't been ordered yet because they needed to know whether we would be responsible for the copay. No one called to ask us; they just waited for someone to come in and waste a trip. Furthermore, if we had come in for the meds the day before the colonoscopy we wouldn't have had them on time and would have had to cancel the procedure! This is inexcusable!

I have spent at least $ 5,000 between their Rye and Mt Kisco stores and expected to be treated like a valued customer. Did I expect a 400 credit? No. But at least something to recognize the dress was and defective and acknowledge my business. Some kind of credit. I will never shop here again. Be warned.
