Purchased a mattress today!…read more Although we love the mattress, the biggest reason we purchased it was not the quality of the mattress, but the exceptional customer service we received from the owner. We visited several furniture/mattress stores in the Gaylord and Petoskey area. Great Rooms is by far the best place to go if you want to be treated treated like family and get a fair shake. You won't find that service at Art Van or other big box stores. Probably why they're going out of business now... So don't waste your time going elsewhere, just stop in here!

We also had a ton of questions, even up until delivery. Heather took us right to the perfect couch, and texted many follow-ups and calls. The delivery was handled with such care of our home and the installation was fantastic. The owner even reached out to us after hours about a voicemail that we left with detailed answers. From the moment we walked in the door to delivery, we had a wonderful experience!

The smaller places have people that are friendlier and more knowledgeable than the big box stores. They let us bring our dog in there when we're doing errands and walking around downtown. There was one Valentine's Day celebration when the downtown merchants were giving out prizes to the kids, and Boyne City Hardware gave our dog a nicely wrapped mini-baggie of dog biscuits. Thanks, guys! A pleasant place to get the stuff you need anyway.

Yesterday one of Josie's delivery people came to our business and had an arrangement and teddy bear for one of the employees. She then handed me a beautiful vase with the most incredible pink large daisies in it with greenery and said this is for you for having to accept flowers for others and a thank you from Josie's!!! I was so blown away by the fact that someone would even think of that! That is an establishment that truly cares about it's customers and hands down the best customer service EVER. WARNING: BUYER BEWARE because they WON'T refund your money…read more Not just this location, but all the TJMaxx stores are selling "Chocolate Bliss" Dark Chocolate cherries made by Real Earth Bounty Holdings out of Pitt Meadows BC CANADA. They are TERRIBLE! The fruit is hard (despite a shamefully generous July/27 "best before date"), the candy is tasteless, and features a very low quality of chocolate. Try to return them and the TJ clerk will smile and say, "sorry, you opened the bag so our policy says we won't take them back." Well of course I opened them - I had to in order to tell you they taste like crap! DO NOT buy these or any edible products from TJMaxx unless you are familiar with the brand and product. Otherwise, you'll end up getting SCAMMED while helping them liquidate garbage products.

Let me start by saying that this is not just an adult store, they have earrings of all different kinds and sizes, body jewelry, & smoking accessories that you would find in a smoke shop. It's not in a shopping center its just along the side of a road and it would probably be easy to pass/ miss if you don't have gps or if you are not paying attention. The prices of the few things that I purchased were great especially compared to other local stores that sell the same items. I also met Christine while I was in the store.
