Called in advance and offered to send a photo of what I was looking for. Guy told me "no-just…read moredrive in" (from Grand Blanc Twp). Reluctantly gave his name over the phone "Dave". Got there expecting better than the "big box experience", but got a lot worse. Counter guy was surly (don't know if it was Dave, but it was a guy with bleached hair). He acted unpleasant, and didn't try very hard to help. They didn't even come close to what I described on the phone (thanks-Dave!!!). So-I went to the big bad box store (Home Depot's evil empire), got all kinds of help from an expert, and had my part in 5 minutes!!!
