I LOVE the workouts, every instructor a Has introduced themselves to me and the community of women who attend is so close knit that many of the women have recognized that I am new, introduced themselves and helped me find and set up my workout spaces in the group classes. I'm enjoying caring for myself and teaching my 4 daughters that using your body and becoming stronger is a form of fun and play, not the diet culture rhetoric of thinking thin.

I had taken a few classes here a couple years ago, I only remembered Heather and was really happy to see that she is still working here. I really enjoy her classes as she doesn't make you feel out of place if you are newer to yoga. She is very welcoming and encourages do whatever movements or positions that feel best for you. As for the classes with the vibration plates, I think its weird at first but after you take a few classes they are great. Sometimes the vibration was a bit much so I just stepped off the plate...no big deal. I LOVE that they offer late night classes and 20 minute sessions. Sometimes I don't have time for a full hour class or cant make it until after 7. The only negative (for me) is the cost but otherwise no complaints!

I recently had a hypnosis session with Quinton there and it was amazing and just what I was looking for. I felt safe and that he was super knowledgeable about the practice. I was able to achieve what I wanted through his hypnosis and me practicing using his recording. He is someoneI highly recommend for anyone looking for hypnosis sessions. He is very calming and had a lot of information that was valuable for me.
