Homemade New York strip sandwiches with truffle aioli
    Rachel S.

I love this place!! Come in early to get your meats for the weekend, the line is serious. This place has all the sausages, try the mango habanero. The steaks are incredible, made some sandwiches with a truffle aioli we found in the store.

Pre ordered a fresh turkey from this butcher. Showed up to pick it up two days before Thanksgiving. I was met at the door by representative and she inquired about my order. I got in line and but the time I reached the register my bird was ready. Such a cute store with a lot of rubs and local foods. Perfect experience and pending a successful turkey I will be back!

Was in the neighborhood of Gilbert Butchery so, I stopped in. Beautiful meat displays and extras. Have a dry aging case with some Beautiful beef cuts! Everything looked top shelf. I didn't buy anything though......sticker shock. I'll come here when I have a special occasion. I will be back with a fatter wallet

These folks are the truth! Earthy, natural, and nothing less than amazing flavor from my beef. First time in, excellent service and straight to the point. The way a butcher should be, GO SEE THEM! So happy to find a great butcher finally, can't wait for the holidays.

I found them online when I was planning my wife's birthday party and wanted a suckling pig. I recently ordered a crown roast for Christmas and both of my orders were perfect. Friendly staff, quality meats and if you regularly use a real butcher for prime meats, they are a great value. It's definitely worth the extra drive for me and they are my go to butcher now.

    Amazing local butcher!

I bought some fresh flour tortillas and tortilla chips and both were very good. In addition, I reloaded our stock of mazapán treats and tried the Jarritos spicy gummies (pineapple, mango and tamarind flavors and not too much heat). If you like the Chef Merito seasoning like I do, they have a good variety. I remember when there was just one, but the lineup has expanded with meat-specific options -- the Pollo one is quite nice on simply grilled or beer-can roasted chicken. I need to come back for some pastries and fresh chiles and Mexican queso -- they have a counter with all kinds of options in addition to the prepackaged stuff. Parking can be a little challenging due to the popularity, depending on when you go, but we found a spot that wasn't too far away from the entrance.

First, we grabbed some cookies, cake, and conchas from the bakery spot as you walk into the store. Then we went to the counter where you can get hot food to eat in store or to take home. There was a line, of course, as others know of this great eatery, too. Usually, we would just get some street tacos and maybe a burrito, but this time we ordered a combo plate where you get rice, beans, a meat (we chose pollo), salsa, cilantro and onions, and tortillas. Under $20 and enough food to feed four. We hadn't ever signed up for their app, but because of their digital punch card which keeps track of the aguafrescas you purchase, we signed up. After grabbing our food, my wife got a 32 oz. cucumber and I grabbed a watermelon. So delicious. Already planning our next Sunday lunch.

Heat and go yum and easy! I love the prices in the butcher shop and the meat is fresh and good. When needing veggies or fruit this is my first stop. I color my hair with henna and they have a good section of personal products. If you need a unique gift they have beautiful items here like plate sets tea sets dishes and a selection up front of items. Only some of the ladies who help you at the counters and check out are friendly and nice other than that the customer service is what loses a star.

My sister had gone in the day before to get some stuff before she went home to the boonies. I got jelly when she sent me a pic of the lychee viral ice cream!! You KNOW I had to get it, so off I went, lol. Not only did I find them in stock, but they had a sale going. 2 boxes for $20. Regular price is $10.99/box, so it's not a while lot of savings, but hey, I'll take it! Plus, $10.99 is the cheapest I've seen locally for a box of 3! I let the secret out so now I can only hope they still have some next time I go! When I checked out, I asked the cashier how long the 2 for $20 deal was going on. She didn't know, so grab some.while you can. I share because I care! =) I was glad to see the store has wide aisles and wasn't crowded. Also, there's a big parking lot shared with neighboring businesses so it's not an issue. The store is clean and the employees get you in and out fast! Can't wait for my next run!

Lots of aisles of products from other countries like Holland India Africa and of course their specialty Asian cultures. They recently updated the store so lots of lighting and clean neatly organized shelves. What i dont like is that 1. the tags on the shelves don't match the scanned price so anything i buy in the aisles I take pictures of and have them correct it. 2. The staff is not friendly at all. Not even to each other I was watching 2 staff members yelling at each other at the register. Even patrons stopped to watch.
