This involved pouring over 1,500 sq. ft. of concrete, a large retaining wall, a patio deck, a new lawn, and a playground area. Here were some of the highlights of my experience: - Design Guidance: I relied heavily on Baltazar's experience and keen sense of design. His elegant hardscaping solution for the pool transition zones exceeded my expectations and tied the yard together perfectly. - The grading and drainage were very well done. Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. Props to Gladys and Dahlia! Highly recommended!

It was over 3500 sq ft of lawn and irrigation, as well as concrete fixes around other parts of our property and pool tile repair. I chose them because they had the best strategy to combat the problem, even though they weren't the cheapest quote we received. I wanted the fix to last long term, not just hold me over for a year or two before another gopher invasion destroys our yard. Everything was extremely professional and delivered to contract specifications. We were extremely happy with the results. They had to move a portion of our fence to get the big equipment in but you wouldn't even know it had been moved because they were total pros putting things back. When we asked for additional scope of work (a French drain), they were quick to get back to me with a quote and incorporating the additional work didn't push out the timeline. All in all, highly recommend and we'll definitely use them again for our landscaping needs.

I reached out to Geoff and as always, he was very responsive and offered to repair these items. Geoff and his team stand by their workmanship and products. They put a lot of emphasis on both, the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. It's becoming hard to find companies/business owners that care and take pride in their work. I will continue to recommend Swanson!

They were recommended by my swim spa dealer, Turbo Spas in Dublin. The crew was easy to work with, professional and followed my instructions to the letter. I just want to give some feedback from what I have learned since because this will help others avoid the same mistake I made. After waiting 28 days for the concrete to cure I set my 12' swim spa and 8' hot tub on the pad. 6 months later my swim spa cracked on the bottom. I am not sure about this but I believe the spa cracked because of the control joints running underneath the spa because that is where the spa shell cracked. Lessons learned is never add control joints where a swim spa will be set. This was no fault of Swanson's, It was my fault for recommending control joint locations. All is well now because my swim spa was repaired and I have the spa floating on 3" of crushed rock and a spa pad. The spa pad and rock sit on top of 6" steel reinforced concrete.

They handled everything: lawn removal, bender board installation, and fresh gravel/wood chips. They even added a charming fence that perfectly defines the space. The standout feature is definitely the new flagstone pathway leading from the sidewalk and driveway--it is absolutely gorgeous. We've already had numerous neighbors stop by to compliment the work; I honestly think we have the best-looking yard on the block now! Jeff has an incredible eye for design and offered brilliant ideas for the layout, boulders, and decorative accents. He was super responsive to all our questions, and even when we made a few mid-project changes, he didn't charge us extra, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend Jefferson Landscaping and will definitely be hiring them again for our backyard!

We got the backyard done with someone else due to lower price ( Not by much but we did not know any better. ) we love the design but the decision to not go with Jefferson was something I regretted so when it came time to redo Frontyard the only person I consoled was Jefferson. He came up with great design within budget. Him and and his crew were professional and stated work quickly and finished in very reasonable time. He communicated every day to where they were and what they have planned for the day and week. My family and I are very happy with results and would recommend him for your next landscape project.

They were really passionate and patient in brainstorming design ideas, and provided a lot of professional advice which made the design look great! A big thank to Ian, for helping to manage gate and fence remodel. He even helped me to cut tree branches by himself, helping to unblock my fence work! Tino Acosta was the program manager who led the construction work. I am really satisfied with the job done! He took my feedbacks and always addressed them in a professional way. My yard is on a slope, with multiple tiers of retaining walls shared with my neighbor, which safety issue made me stay awake at night. Tino was very patient in listening to my concerns and explained to me the resolutions in a professional way. To help me feel safer, he even offered to change the retaining wall blocks to an excessively strong material for free! He also tackled the draining challenge really well, and demonstrated to me by testing it out. The work done was very solid!
