We were never informed of service coming back on and I decided to cancel to get a new internet provider... I went to a store and cancelled then the next day they charged my card again! They claimed that the cycle was from the middle of the month and that they charged at the end of the month. I asked to be reimbursed for the days we had no service and the time remaining that we had on the current month since I cancelled. They told me that they "could not confirm we had no service during the outage" because I didn't call every single day to wait on hold for an hour in order to complain! The manager I spoke to was named Michael and speaking to him was a horrible experience! If you get spectrum your Internet will go out all the time and is completely unreliable and working with customer service is worse than having a root canal!

Which I guess was fine, but we were the only customers in there, and they were all sitting, and standing in a cluster talking loudly about another associate who was late. After about seven minutes, someone came from the back, and attempted to help us, but was unfamiliar with my phone (Z Fold), and was at a loss with issues my husband was having with his phone. There are service interruptions almost daily. Most interruptions are less than 30 minutes, and some have been over 36 hours. I WFH so this is a huge issue. Many of my Zoom and Teams calls drop throughout the day. When submitting support tickets, the response time is usually over 24 hours, and exists just to ask if everything is restored, since it has been over 24 hours since opening the ticket. Just a horrible provider with horrible support, that we are required to use as residents of my apartment complex.

I was told, when I first ordered the service, it was MAC compatible, but when I received the device it wouldn't work. The Clear tech, after a 1 hour, finally stated it was my computer, so I had to take it to a Clear Device Assistance Center that was 30miles away. The tech there said I would have to pay an additional $25 for "software' to run the internet mobile. I was so mad I called them that day (8/3/12) to cancel my service. I am still waiting for my refund!! Also, they double charge me when I first signed up for them...HORRIBLE!!!
