He helped us brainstorm and incorporate our story into the menu. Our cocktail menu consisted of Moscow Mule, Lychee Martini, and Jameson & coke (our first date drink). The lychee martinis were a crowd favorite! I had so many guests tell me the cocktails were amazing and that they were so eager to go back for more cocktails because of how good it was. I was told the bartenders were very friendly and I'm grateful they made it a pleasant experience for our guests! They were very experienced in working at our wedding venue and they had a seamless set up and operating process. Tyson even gave us great suggestions to have our DJ to announce for guests to be seated for our grand entrance and personally made sure our bridal party had celebratory shots before making our big grand entrance, which was much needed for our nerves and to keep the energy high. The outside area was so nice we agreed that we'll have to return in Spring to enjoy it. Inside there's a CIA store with so many kitchen items. I spoke with the employee there and she shared her knowledge of the two CIA facilities, there in Napa and the other in St Helena. She was super friendly and it was nice to meet her. We ventured into the museum which for me, someone who enjoys and appreciates food and cooking, I loved. This culinary collection was amazing. We also got to view the long wall of viticulturist which was interesting. Take a look at my photos to view CIA's testing kitchens. Very cool. This facility also has a restaurant, The Grove and an open area to rent for special occasions. Since the restaurant was closed, when I'm in Napa again, I'm definitely going to try it.

Bad part is any time you have an issue or problem to address, your in the wrong and they are "right" because you need them to complete the class and they use that against you. They are not there to help you, they want your money. So much for non profit. As long as they go to work in pajamas and do nothing they are happy. Other wise they want to kick you out like you did something horrible. I hope this program gets shut down asap. Now that you can't address issues directly, maria takes advantage of that and shes Right even if she's really wrong. Unacceptable. Nothing has come out of this class but issues and a fat bill. Way to go Bridges. Placed a complaint through the state. Fingers crossed they get corrected. Or better staff.
