We are so happy we hired Dapper Bartenders for our wedding reception at Wolfe Heights! We worked with Tyson throughout the planning process and he was very helpful and talked us through what signature drinks we wanted to provide for our wedding guests. He helped us brainstorm and incorporate our story into the menu. Our cocktail menu consisted of Moscow Mule, Lychee Martini, and Jameson & coke (our first date drink). The lychee martinis were a crowd favorite! I had so many guests tell me the cocktails were amazing and that they were so eager to go back for more cocktails because of how good it was. I was told the bartenders were very friendly and I'm grateful they made it a pleasant experience for our guests! They were very experienced in working at our wedding venue and they had a seamless set up and operating process. No problems! These people were great! They handled the celebrity VIP room as well as the guests and they were lovely to everyone. We did a Dia De Los Muertos event. They got there much earlier than I did. When I got there everything was set up and ready to go. I overordered and they were willing to take some of the unopened stuff back and gave the rest of the premixed. They also helped us load up our cars at the end of the night. We did have the girl in the photo and she is super sweet. They came dressed with face paint and everything. I was so happy with them. 100% 5 stars. My now husband and I recently used these guys to provide bartending services at our wedding, and I am so glad we did. First of all, Tyson was extremely helpful in working on a drink menu given the hard liquor limitations of our wedding venue. He knew how to navigate the use of soju really well since that was the farthest we could go with liquor. We ended up with five solid cocktails, which he was able to do a tasting for us for three of them. All of them ended up being super delicious and provided a good buzz. Also, he had great suggestions for garnishes to add to our drinks to make them as unique as possible. We elected to do the shopping for the ingredients ourselves to save some money, but even as we were out shopping, Tyson was super responsive when we had questions about what we were getting. While we appreciated Tyson's communication during the planning process, the tasting, and the taste of the drinks night of, unfortunately, the bar service at our wedding did not meet expectations. Despite reassurances that one bartender would be sufficient and lines wouldn't be an issue, the line at our wedding never died down. This was our biggest concern going into the wedding - we, like most people, don't enjoy waiting in long lines. People were waiting close to 10-15 ALL night for a drink. Many people missed important parts of the reception waiting in line. One guest had to leave the wedding and go to a store to pick up more ingredients - drinks were being made and served without simple syrup at one point. It was clear the bartender was doing her best, but she appeared overwhelmed and frazzled. While we appreciate that she didn't give up, she was not able to tend the bar efficiently. After the event, Tyson informed us there had been a family emergency, and the bartender was not fully briefed. He apologized and offered a 15% refund. While we understand emergencies happen, the service provided ultimately fell short of what was promised and paid for. read more
