If you're reading this--just trust me and hire Barbility. Jessica and her team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Jessica was so easy to work with, offered great package options, and had fantastic ideas for drinks that felt fun, thoughtful, and totally elevated. She was also super flexible--working with us to tweak cocktails based on guest allergies and letting us fully personalize the menu by renaming drinks to things meaningful to us (pet names, our wedding date, etc.) and creating a custom bar menu. It made the whole experience feel extra special and very us. Pro tip: get the add-ons. The syrups/juices, hydration station (especially clutch for non-drinkers), and having them handle cups and ice is 1000% worth it. That is the last thing you want to be thinking about on your event day, and they made it completely seamless. They also arrived early to set everything up, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. And Margie?? An absolute rockstar. Not only was she amazing behind the bar, but she jumped in to help with anything and everything--securing table covers that were trying to blow away in the wind, taking out trash, clearing tables, and hopping back behind the bar to keep drinks flowing. Truly went above and beyond. Speaking of the bar: the line never got out of hand (even with 100+ guests), which was incredible. And both Jessica and Margie were so warm and fun & our guests loved chatting with them all night. The drinks themselves were so good, like something you'd happily pay $14 for at a bar. Thoughtfully crafted, consistently delicious, and absolutely something guests were going out of their way to compliment. They really made the whole experience feel elevated and special. Jessica and Kaiya were an absolute delight and killed it as our bar service for our daughter's college graduation party, held at the Prickly Pear in Sacramento. I reached out to Jessica about 8 months prior to the May party to get information about her services. I wanted to reach out early, due to graduation weekend in Sac and I wanted to book with vendors way ahead of time. Once hired in contract, Jessica and I had a few calls/ emails to select the craft drinks and discuss all details which I appreciated' the calls, ' cause I am highly organized and a preplanner and so is Jess. The day of the event we only had a couple hours to set up of which, everything went off without an issue. The bar was super cute and all the extra details, like the custom menu, flowers, feathers, decor and extra touches really added a little extra to the bar and hydration station.
