My husband and I had our original wedding venue cancel on us 8 weeks before our actual wedding. To say the least, we were devastated. From the time I got the phone call that our venue canceled to assisting us in finding a new venue in a matter of 2 weeks, Danielle was there to help! She listened to what our needs/wants were and she was extremely supportive throughout the whole experience. I also canot forget to mention and give a HUGE shout out to Carla another member of this fabulous team. Carla lead our rehearsal and the actual day of our wedding and made every moment smooth. I literally had to worry about noting, but relaxing and having fun with my family, friends, and of course, my new husband! I had my son's birthday party here. He and his friends had such a blast. Upon checking in, they had…read morea cart out with my son's name for guests to put their shoes and gifts and wheeled it into the party room. We booked a private party that was allotted for 2 hours. We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. It's a great place for him to run and climb that isn't weather dependent since it's indoors.

We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning

The second was a beautiful grilled vegetable platter with asparagus, peppers, zucchini, squash, carrots and bread and crackers accompanied with hummus and ranch dip. The table was constantly replenished by Joseph, who also picked up plates and cups and kept the reception area nice and clean. He was an excellent server and very nice. Alan and Lindsay did an excellent job serving our drinks from the bar. The service was great and so was their food.

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding at this venue! The property itself is stunning, but what…read moretruly made our day unforgettable was our coordinator, Taylor. She was incredible from start to finish. I had my twin infant babies with me, and Taylor made sure the bridal suite was fully prepared so they could stay with me the entire day. She provided hot water for warming bottles, put up a sign to ensure privacy, and checked in constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was always kind, attentive, and went above and beyond in every way. Working with her was an absolute joy, and she truly made our wedding day run smoothly. The only cons we experienced: * Transportation: When we booked the venue, we were told getting Ubers wouldn't be a problem, especially since we opted for the open bar. On the night of our wedding, some of our guests weren't able to get an Uber back to their hotel in Auburn. Thankfully, the security guard was kind enough to drive them back since they were the last guests without a ride, which we deeply appreciated. * Food selection: While the venue offers a lot of menu options, you're limited to tasting only what's served at the Wedding Extravaganza. They mentioned these events happen twice a year, but even though we booked our wedding more than a year in advance, we were only invited to one. Because of that, we had to choose dishes we weren't able to taste, and the options we did try at the extravaganza weren't great. * Cake: The vendor partnered with the venue provided a very dry cake, so we would suggest couples consider getting a cake from their own preferred bakery. * Contact: It was sometimes difficult to reach the venue by phone, as calls weren't always answered, though emails were always responded to promptly. Despite these issues, our overall experience, especially thanks to Taylor, was truly wonderful. The venue itself is breathtaking, and the support we received on our wedding day made it feel magical. We would absolutely recommend this venue, particularly for couples who want a beautiful location and a coordinator who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond.
