I moved forward with booking and paying deposit moments after. Once, after I reserved the space, invitations was order and printed, then sent out to guest. Then on today I received a call from Sara , the event planner/coordinator/owner/multiple title holder of the business. From the beginning of the conversation her tone didn't register well with me, as we discussed event. Literally after hanging up with Sara, i received another call from her, stating they couldn't host my event. In which, she stated they couldn't host for a flow of 75, but was able to draft a contract that states my event will be a flow of 75. Seems odd right. Seems like a lack is communication between owners, managers, coordinators, or the entire team. I would advise anyone seeking services from here to stay clear or make sure communication is clear across the board before signing or booking an event here. First impressions are lasting, and from one entrepreneur to another I would never conduct business as such. I will post on all social platforms how I have been inconvenienced due lack of communication on their end.

Their response time is always very quick, and communication is smooth and easy. It is clear from the very first contact Susan makes, that she will go above and beyond to make your greeting as special as the recipient and the occasion you are celebrating. She goes to great lengths to gather as much information as she can to customize your specific yard greeting as perfectly as possible. Our most recent transaction was a surprise my husband envisioned to kick off my 50th Birthday. He was new to this process as I am always the one planning family events, and was so impressed with how simple Susan made it for him to pull off the perfect surprise. She guided him through the planning and executed the final product masterfully. Little did he know that Susan would be like a fairy godmother, over the next few days. What started out as a delightfully tasteful yard greeting on the eve of my birthday, two days later ended up being the source of so much joy and laughter to us all...including my neighbors. I was receiving so many messages from my neighbors and friends joining in the giggles. I am including photos for reference. Please check them out and see if you notice what they did!! Needless to say...not only will we continue using Twinkle Greetings Sugar Land for ALL of our yard greeting needs, and we eagerly encourage you do to dive in and look no further. Nalini has great decor ideas that she throughly explains and draws out. We were able to give her a 'Mughal" theme , and everyone in the hall could recognize what she was trying to achieve. You can tell she puts her heart in to the event. We gave her the freedom to be creative and she left us speechless at the Mehndi and Valimah. Since both events were 2 days apart at Sugar Land Marriott, she was able to give such a unique look to both events that guests were left puzzled how they were in the same hall. She was even able to do a small stage setup in a day's notice at our home that was just as stunning as the wedding hall. The review below discussing her pricing should know the saying "you get what you pay for". If you want a high-end event that will leave the town talking, go with Decor One.
