When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. I rode Go Karts for the first time in yearrrs and I actually came in first place. Me! That was dope. The BIG FUN though was all the water rides. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

Staff are very nice and friendly. There are lots of trees providing shade so it has a magical garden vibe. You don't get the sense of it being an overly commercialized amusement park at all. All the rides are geared towards younger kids like 2-8 yrs old. It is not crowded on weekday and there were no lines for rides. I would gladly pay for these types of parks over spending hours in line at crowded Disney parks any day. It's small and compact so it's an easy walk for kiddos and grandparents, yet large enough that there are enough rides and attractions to spend a whole day. Outside food and drinks are allowed, plenty of covered seating areas. I was surprised to see peacocks, pheasants(in aviary) and rabbits (in the straw 3 Little Pigs house). Bathrooms are clean. There is a splash pad area, bring water play clothes for the kids if you want. Food is reasonably priced. Keep up the great work ! A lot of the rides were out of service since the kids are already heading back to school, but thankfully, we were given tickets to come back for free through the end of the year! We really appreciated that. Even with some rides closed, there was still plenty to do, see, and eat, so we were still able to have a great time. I think our kiddo's favorite part was definitely the Daniel Tiger Meet & Greet! Her excitement made the whole day worth it! We'll definitely be back to enjoy more rides and make more memories!

This park is…read moreonly open Fri, Sat and Sun for 8 hours each day so it was pretty crowded on the Saturday we went. The monorail ride was over a 45 minute wait and that was pretty rough with a toddler. It would be helpful to have signs with estimated wait times for the rides. Soft drinks/water we're also pretty expensive at around $5 a bottle with the vendors inquiring about a tip when you grab the bottle out of the fridge yourself. We would possibly return but we would wait until our child is older.
