This park has: - a gravel parking lot with portable toilet - paved trails - fenced-in playground - a small lake with fountain (I've seen people fish here) - large gazebo with outdoor grill available for reservations - doggy bags for your furkid - wooded trail area in back of the park All-in-all, an awesome place for families. If you need refreshments, there is a shopping center (with Corropolese, Saxby's) not too far down.

It amazes me the sheer amount of people glued to their phones and then look around in panic when they can't find their children. Ffs, Watch your kids, it's a playground not a permanent babysitter. You see families eating lunch/dinner at the pavilions, events like parties, kids running around the swing sets (as I did years ago), joggers, dog walkers, cyclists, you name it. They even have a small pond and waterfall in the back and an amphitheater!! My personal favorite thing to besides meeting up with friends is to take a walk and clear the mind. It is very peaceful and they have many paths that go through forest's and around the area, even I haven't fully explored this park!! Going at evening/sundown is my favorite time to go (as pictured below). If anyone is in the area and is looking to do something outdoors, look no further than Fischer's Park. Even if it is a leisurely stroll, it's worth it.

The summer music concerts are always a blast - bringing in people from all over, food truck, and showcasing local bands. I rented the House with the patio that overlooks the Perkiomen Creek for a family baby shower. It was so nice and cozy inside and has plenty of seating. The photos turned out nice. Many compliments on the location. I would definitely rent this house in the park again! The great thing about this particular park is you can see many joggers, bike riders, and horse back riding on the Perkiomen trail in the park; but there is enough space to not feel crowded. Otts exotic plants is nearby and makes a nice day trip if you have time to stop at both places.

Running around the swing set and playground was awesome as a kid! When I was older in high school/community college it was a fun place to meet up with friends. Walking to Wawa, eating in the pavillion, hanging out in the pavilion, it was good times. It might not be the biggest of parks, but it has enough for everyone to jog, walk dogs, bicycle, play sports, eat, sit around, an amphitheater for live events...it's a fun little park and one definitely worth checking out if you are in Souderton Borough.

Maybe it is me being nostalgic, but I love this trail!! Growing up on Banbury for most of my life,…read moreI have always been within walking distance of it and I have been on it so many times. Going for walks, jogging, running up the large hill to the playset or to sled, exploring the woods, you name it! It is a decent sized trail too, roughly 2 miles (about a mile each way) and it is very scenic too going alongside woods, over streams and past large fields too. There is a grovel parking lot at the Banbury entrance available in the development and the other finishes lot is across the street at the Enos B Godshall Park. All in all, it is a great trial to catch up with friends, go for a peaceful walk/or jog, bike, walk dogs, whatever you want to do. It is definitely worth a check out.
