Since we live about an hour away from the rental property, Rajay sent us pictures of the ongoing/completed work periodically to keep us posted. He was readily available for consultation, whenever needed and very flexible to make some adjustments in the work. He also provided the necessary warranty. We are completely satisfied with the high level of performance, reliability, quality, and value of his service.

Description of work: I live in a building with severe leaks and a landlord that does all he can to avoid dealing with the problems...mold started to become visible on the wall and I decided it was time to call a specialist to come by....due to conflicts of interest with other companies near me, I chose to go out of my area and found Rajay... He didn't just reply once but he replied several times with various info.... Rajay's concern for my health and well being is beyond explanation... He came and did a full mold inspection and got me results that are forcing the landlord to address the seriousness of the problem....
