Mr…read more Rajay Kapoor of RHK Environmental Services was very punctual and professional and quoted a fair price all which were the deciding factors for choosing his services. When his crew had a broken van, Rajay promptly called us and rescheduled the work. His men were also very professional, did an excellent job and completed the work on time. Since we live about an hour away from the rental property, Rajay sent us pictures of the ongoing/completed work periodically to keep us posted. He was readily available for consultation, whenever needed and very flexible to make some adjustments in the work. He also provided the necessary warranty. We are completely satisfied with the high level of performance, reliability, quality, and value of his service.

Description of work: I live in a building with severe leaks and a landlord that does all he can to avoid dealing with the problems...mold started to become visible on the wall and I decided it was time to call a specialist to come by....due to conflicts of interest with other companies near me, I chose to go out of my area and found Rajay... He didn't just reply once but he replied several times with various info.... Rajay's concern for my health and well being is beyond explanation... He came and did a full mold inspection and got me results that are forcing the landlord to address the seriousness of the problem.... I actually have to admit, I enjoyed my time with Rajay who came to my house as a mold specialist but left as a friend...

After they were "done" they said they would come back after the line was fixed to do residual clean up. My plumber came in to fix the line and said there was still a LOT of sewage in the crawl space. He did get the work completed, although he charged me extra to run a sump pump, do some clean out, and put down plastic. When he was done fixing the sewer pipe, he covered the toilet flange securely with duct tape before replacing the concrete. He said keep it covered until he comes back to reset the toilet after the flooring is complete. When the workers from ServPro came back they uncovered the toilet flange to pump the liquid into. When they were done, they thought it was ok to stuff paper towels into the hole to cover it!!! When I said that I wanted it recovered the way my plumber left it they conveniently were able to supply a line plug to cover it. Why didn't they do that in the first place.1 star because at least they finally got the sewage out and I'm done with them.

He was very pleasant to talk to (unlike every single contractor that knocked on our door beforehand). At first I turned him away, but I mentioned to my wife how kind he was. It only took maybe 1 minute of a conversation with my wife before I went back outside to catch him before he left. Overall, Nathaniel was wonderful to work with. He explained every step of the process, including how to start the claim process with our insurance company. He was very patient and thoroughly answered all of my many, many questions! In the end, we ended up getting a new roof and gutters, entirely covered by insurance. Throughout the process, I interacted with multiple people at Guardian and every single one of them was a true pleasure to work with.
