From the initial contact with the design staff through the final phases of the renovation, Regent delivered top notch advice, service, work crews, and coordination. Keeping our existing cabinetry and tile floors, our designer Kelli, offered tile and counter samples that made our selection choices very easy. She also provided great ideas for sources for sinks, fixtures, toilets, etc. After making our choices, Regent coordinated all the ordering and installation as the project progressed. Regent established realistic time frame expectations for us, and once work commenced, workers always arrived when expected. I have used Regent to do work at 3 homes I've owned over the last 15 years. They are good to their word - ALWAYS! I'm not sure who Cindy M. had do her job, but I doubt it was Regent. They have their own installers and would never need to send a subcontractor to work in your home. In addition to putting flooring in my houses, they've also worked for my local family members and they couldn't be more pleased. In particular, this past winter, Russell at Regent went above and beyond in assisting my 90 year old uncle make a complicated repair after a first floor flood. My uncle is kind of a curmudgeon and somewhat suspicious at this point in his life, but Russ was determined to make him happy. And, he DID! My uncle was so impressed by the quality of the workmanship and the flooring installer's incredible work ethic and perfectionism that he's considering replacing a problematic, leaky tub/shower now. Regent has been wonderful to work with, on several projects in our home. Our new porcelain tiled family room was done with keen precision and very tight tolerances, just as we had hoped. Our foyer was changed from ceramic tile to cork tile and came out better than we had imagined. For both flooring projects we knew the unknown subflooring would need to be dealt with as it was uncovered, and Regent knew just how best to handle each situation. Our kitchen was completely renovated this past summer, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Our own ideas, combined with Regent kitchen designer Kelli Long's inspired addition of a peninsula with cabinet and seating area, made our small space our new favorite hang out in our home. After purchasing a house in New Jersey, we wanted to replace the carpets and add wooden flooring in the living room so that it would match pre-existing 15-year old engineered floors. My husband and I visited several local stores, and got the impression that Regent Flooring was a respectable and reliable business. The reality exceeded our expectation: Russell Vizzini and Jim Neborsky (floors) were very helpful in choosing carpets we like, and competent. They let us take samples of carpet home for evaluation. Mr. Vizzini found the impossible: an almost exact match of new wood to the old one (which is not manufactured anymore). Everything was on time, floor installation went smoothly, and we are very grateful and satisfied for all the help we received. Regent is the best! I am quite a fussy, customer and Regent did not disappoint. Carpet was ripped out of my formal living room and was replaced with a beautiful. laminate floor. Jake, the installer did a fantastic job- every grout line was precise and the installation was perfection!! We also had carpet removed and replaced in our family room and steps leading to the upstairs as well as the upper foyer -Keith is a master at installation! We love everything so much we are now going to replace carpet in our master bedroom as well! They were exceptional in their range of options and customer care. We then turned back to Kelly Long with Regent to select our backsplash tile and to set up installation. She was friendly and helpful every step of the way. She set up a "true artisan" to work to install our tile backsplash. The process was excellent and the quality of work as well. With their help and after taking four samples home to tryout, we picked their recommendation. It was a true wood floor and beautiful. The salesman was right. We have purchased custom cut area rugs from Regent on two occasions. They have all been beautiful and cut to our specifications. After a number of years, we asked them to replace the trim on one rug due to wear. They were able to do this in our home, then clean the rug afterwards, giving our rug many more years of service. Recently, after a purchase of area rugs for another room, we found that our cats had damaged one rug. Our salesman Russell made a personal visit to our home to make a repair at no cost to us. Regent provided us with wonderful guidance in choosing the right carpet for our needs, provided regular updates on the status of the order and did an amazing job installing the carpet.
