The owner, I am guessing, is the one who called me. He sounded extremely dissatisfied that I requested no leaves and was very honest about the arrangement not looking the same. At the end of our phone call, I said if it's going to change the arrangement drastically, then just include it. He assured me that he will do his best to make sure the arrangement looks right. The recipient sent me a picture when it was delivered and it looked NOTHING close to what it displays on his website. The tulips were not properly arranged and it looked like it was just placed randomly (mostly on the bottom) which caused the arrangement to come with all the tulips drooping. I called to let him know my dissatisfaction and to specifically tell him about the tulip placement and he became defensive and said the reason why the tulips were drooping were because of me asking for no greenery. I told him the placement of the tulips in the picture versus the arrangement is not even close and it has nothing to do with the greenery not being included. Instead of offering some sort of compensation like most flower shops do, he continued to argue with me back and forth. I was very honest and told him I would be submitting this review. If you want horrible customer service, and somebody who doesn't take accountability, feel free to use them. Otherwise, it's a hard pass!!! I've attached the pictures of the website vs the arrangement I got so you can make your own judgement. Customer service alone is my top priority and this place has NONE.

I've been in surgeries all morning and couldn't order online, but they were able to get back to me through text and was able to help me decide what would be best. I went with the rainbow tulips because of the vibrant colors and mid size vase so that my wife can keep it on her computer desk at work for the next few weeks. It was perfect and delivered same day! I had to call multiple times and send emails before anyone finally answered, a full day after the delivery was supposed to happen. When someone finally picked up, I was first told there had been a family emergency. Later, when I called from a different number, I was told the driver supposedly dropped off the flowers -- yet there was no photo, no delivery confirmation, and no apology. If you want peace of mind that your order will actually be delivered -- or even basic communication -- I would not recommend this business.

Something that I love so much about this place is that they make bouquets that match up with each season and holiday. The workers are extremely hard working and kind. I can not understand why this flower shop has multiple bad reviews, it's literally the best flower shop in LA. There has been times where I have made special requests and they always work hard to make it happen. Everything is priced extremely reasonably. I just found out that they have an instagram account (willow.floral), and it is still a growing account so you should definitely check it out if your looking for some beautiful flowers.
