They gave us a time frame and called before coming. They also pre-provided the plumbers name who would be servicing our home and just some info about him like what his hobbies were. Great personal touch and we felt like we already knew him. There is a level of comfort there. The plumber quickly diagnosed what he needed to do when we told him what happened. He came in and quickly resolved our problem. A very nice polite young man who enjoyed his craft and is very knowledgeable. Lastly their price is VERY FAIR. Not expensive and that is also a plus. Our toilet started clogging up last night, and even after plunging wouldn't do anything. Fast forward to the morning, we use the shower & other toilets & our washing machine. Apparently the washing machine was the last straw because so much brown stuff poured out of the toilet... use your imagination on that lol. I called around to so many places and most didn't have anything until either a couple days from now or next week, which I totally understand with all the hurricane damage. I called RickyJay and he came almost immediately, we are so thankful for him. Luckily it was a pretty easy fix. Told…read moreit finally became available and that the technician Jimmy B, would be available Wednesday between 2-3 pm which was fine. Got a call from Jimmy Wednesday morning asking if he could come over earlier. No problem! Come on over! Jimmy arrives at 12:20, and removes the temporary lock, and after some adjustment procedure on the new lock, it was installed. Door now locks perfectly, and is back in the original looking condition. The original estimated labor charge was now paid. The process of fixing the Pella French door took longer than expected, only because of getting the needed replacement parts. I don't hold that against Handyman as it was beyond their control. The work done by Jimmy B was first class and yes I would recommend Handyman to those who require that type of service.
